Cause:

Anglos: Words are Promises, Truth before Face

Russians: Words are deception. Truth is for family.

Middle east: Words are for posturing. Truth is for fools.

China: Words are to deceive and delay. Truth is irrelevant.

India: Words are for harmony. What is truth again?

Where is your culture on this scale?
