Russian culture is american with 100x more distrust of the government, and 10x distrust of each other, needing 10x more time to develop loyalty, but having 10x more responsibility for friends and family. They are the warriors and ladies we used to be, and need to be again.
I love russians. Especially working with them. Because they never know what good management is. Give it to them and they appreciate it rather than take it for granted.
I find more commonality with russians than any other people.
