But now that we understand race differences are largely in class size, to re-instate the problem: Yes, it is easier (more probable) that we can produce higher IQs in a more neotenous (slower, shallower maturing) population with larger heads (bigger brains) than less+smaller.

@allak_weda @jonathanmizero @duwadh The problem is that we are burning through (rapidly) the ability to employ those below 90IQ. That means that the size of the underclass (below 85) is the primary determinant of the quality of life of the polity. And that’s a majority in hot climates. This is *THE* hard problem.
