And to confuse you: sex differences(M:system-spatial, F:empath-verbal) in cognition are dramatic at the extremes, and we see this in Asian(most neotenous) vs European(most dimorphic) vs Ashkenazi(male semitic + european female) populations. Results reflect race-sex differences.

@allak_weda @jonathanmizero @duwadh But now that we understand race differences are largely in class size, to re-instate the problem: Yes, it is easier (more probable) that we can produce higher IQs in a more neotenous (slower, shallower maturing) population with larger heads (bigger brains) than less+smaller.
