The degree to which the false promise of democracy, need for numbers, and ‘want of others to take responsibility’, has infected the right, creating a sense of privilege, morality, and virtue that no longer exists by demonstrated behavior, is as severe as the degree to which the left has absorbed the false promise of oppression and the need for authoritarian socialism.

We are either men who demonstrate ownership of our polity or we are not.
We are either men that are stupid f___ks that take the enemey’s bait for optics and feelz (like women) or we are men that ignore the slings and arrows of insult and press forward the line.

Even a lot of military men seem to be administrators and servants rather than warriors. Or fundamentalists that can’t separate myth from reality enough to take responsibility for the state.
