There are only three methods of human coercion (force/state, exchange/law, ostraczation/inclusion/religion). All civilization develop institutions some order. The order of institutions causes founder effects that are immutable. Europeans discovered law first.

@SarahGrynpas @AlanLevinovitz Western civilization consists of reciprocal exchange of self determination by warranty of sovereignty, by reciprocity in demonstrated interests resulting in markets in all aspects of life (assoc, coop, repro, prod, commons, polities), which causes continuous adaptation to nature.
