How important is biological (g) measured (iq) and demonstrated (achievement?) It matters in that we need some means other than family association or wealth to qualify people for access to political power, and we pay people more in that capacity so that they are less corrupt.

@WorMartiN @anzarmlateef @AlSisiAnswers AFAIK we have no other way of measuring (g) other than relative to the distribution, and then tracking changes in the distribution by rotating questions (subtests) in and out of the portfolio of questions.
