You were able to flourish in an environment I created that overpaid staff, had high rates, for great service, and merely commodity work, at low profit by taking advantage of a disorganized cash cow to fund expansion thru acquisition, and very aggressive operational management.

@awbrown So your comment is seriously interesting to me. What is in that list that is advice to CEO’s that’s bad or wrong? Because the most common reaction I get is “brilliant and brutal” or some variation on it. Did you think I was capn’ kumbaya? I certainly don’t have that rep.
