Very few people would do such a thing, and would instead seek higher profits and lower growth at the cost of that amazing culture we sought to build. People dont find that again because there arent many people like me and jim to do so. That said I could repeat it tomorrow.

@awbrown You were able to flourish in an environment I created that overpaid staff, had high rates, for great service, and merely commodity work, at low profit by taking advantage of a disorganized cash cow to fund expansion thru acquisition, and very aggressive operational management.
