HELP TALKING TO THE TOYOTA DEALER?

I have blown the fuse for my starter I think.

My car is in Podol on the side of the road.

With a push or pull I can start it (it’s a standard).

But I need someone local to help me with the Toyota dealer.

Can you help me with this?
