flat tax = simplicity and no ‘adds’. higher returns on tax b/c no loopholes at the top. Progressive tax = complex with adds. Lots of loopholes. Subsidy (Food stamp like today’s digital version) increased at the bottom to cover the flat tax producing null difference. ok?

It comes from taxation (Flat 18/19%, Flat Sales) subsidized at time of purchase
It comes from taxation (Flat 18/19%, Flat Sales) subsidized at time of purchase to retain progressive taxation, and the nationalization of the returns on strategic investment (chinese model of investment). This prohibits rent seeking, and requires interest on productivity.
