Every class of common interest seeks to monopolize political control to suit their interests over those of others. So beginning with the aristocracy, then the upper middle, then the middle, then working and laboring, then women, and now non-european communities. Women have the most divergent interests and demonstrate the greatest defection. European civ alone is trifunctional, so we are more tolerant of competition between factions. so introgression of each new faction has caused disruption as they ‘over do it’ until trifunctional equlibrium is restored by competition between the trifunctional elites.

feminine social (seduction inclusion, ostracization), masculine economic(trade, reciprocity, boycott), masculine martial(force, defense, order) with the judicial as referree.

Superiority is a fact. Supremacy is an accusation of wanting to rule others. Reciprocity is an attempt to prohibit empires that deprives states of ruling others. Federations produce reciprocity, not supremacy.

Do you pretend to have the vaguest idea what you’re talking about? The 14th only means that the government may not exscape it’s incurred debts. The debt limit exists to prevent runaway spending and became more important once fiat money was created and was unbacked by anything.

Make up excuses and justifications much?
It was written with knowledge of history back to the greeks and the founder’s understanding that the citizens must be able to overthrow a corrupt or unsatisfactory government, just as they did.

However the most important point is that the people who consider themselves the militia, and under the constitution declaration and natural law sovereign – not the government, then it really only matters what those people think, given that they are willing to fight and die to defend their sovereignty, and that they are somewhere around five times as large in number as the US military. And that the legitimacy of the USG would end if they fired upon those people.

    (a) PERSISTENCE: it’s impossible for the militia to become ‘outdated’ since it’s the ability of the individuals to bear arms that throughout history has been the only source of insurance of self determination by self determined means, by individual sovereignty in demonstrated interests and reciprocity in display word and deed, producing liberty, and freedom. (See Hanson on The Other Greeks)

    (b) INSURANCE: The second amendment is the highest priority because without it, it’s impossible for every citizen to insure, by word, deed, and force of arms, the self determination by self determined means, by individual sovereignty in demonstrated interests and reciprocity in display word and deed. (See Viera on The Constitutional Principles of “the Militia of the several States”)

    (c) SOVEREIGNTY: Unlike the UK, Canada, and Australia that rely on parliamentary sovereignty, the USA relies on sovereignty of the people alone, within the limits of the Natural Law of self determination by self determined means, by individual sovereignty in demonstrated interests and reciprocity in display word and deed. In other words, only the USA has sovereignty of the people and the law, not parliament, and therefor supremacy over parliaments in the preservation of the natural law. (See Any scholar of rule of law)

    (d) RULE OF LAW: As such only the USA has rule of law – and rule of law that prohibits minority, majority, parliamentary, bureacratic, theocratic, and military tyranny. (See Any scholar of rule of law, and comparative constitutions in the anglosphere)

    THE ORB?
The orb is presented to British monarchs during their coronation. Dating back to Charles II’s coronation in 1661, this piece of regalia is golden and has a cross perched on top to symbolize heavenly power over the world. It is mounted with emeralds, rubies, sapphires, diamonds, pearls and one amethyst.

    TRANSLATION
The British invented the modern rule of law state, that completed the 2000-year project of governing by Natural Law (science of cooperation) being the application of ‘God’s Law’ with the monarchy as judge of last resort (highest court), parliament (political court), King’s Courts of the common law ( for serious matters ), shire courts (for commercial matters), and church courts (for moral matters), creating a hierarchy of courts and appeals or what is more correctly understood as a hierarchy of markets for justice by the law of man, nature, and nature’s god. 😉

Silly (ignorant really) people who don’t understand the problems of evidence, testimony, reciprocity, tort (natural law), the problems of decidability, the fallibility of humans, in both criticism and fashion, and the need for a hierarchy of courts culminating in the monarchy as the judge of last resort, and the monarchy being above the law in the restoration of the law, nor the genius of the innovation the english people brought by their invention of the modern rule of law state, fail to grasp the value and importance of the british monarchy – or any european monarchy – and underestimate the importance of rule of law by the natural, common, and concurrent law, and underestimate the harm that comes from sovereignty of parliament (opinion) instead of sovereignty of natural law (science of cooperation), and underestimate the defense the Americans have from such follies of parliament by our constitution and sovereignty of natural law, nor the follies of the americans by use of a president instead of prime minister and monarchy.

We always take for granted what we are ignorant of. The monarchy is our last line of defense of european civilization, and we made a drastic mistake of listening to the folly of Rousseau and the French fantasies, versus the thousands of years of our natural, common, concurrent, law as the most empirical system of government every designed by man, with the greatest possibility for continuous innovation, adaptation, evolution the prosperity that results.

    Cheers
    Much Love
    God Save the King.
