Globalism attempts to create world peace by dissolving national sovereignty and thus dissolving the in-group out-group boundary on the global scale. By doing so, violence is transferred to non-state actors(rioting, ISIS etc). By destroying formal institutions (the state) the worst of our behavior finds new life in the social sphere (on the street at human scale).

Game Theory of Sovereignty (by William Butchman) a) Eli’s Theorem: “If you would be SOVEREIGN, you must fight. If you would win, you must confederate. If you would confederate, you must compromise. If you would compromise, you must accept limits on your actions. SOVEREIGNTY will be won only by those who desire to exercise it within limits considered reasonable by their peers.” b) Aristocratic Egalitarianism: Given the non-negotiable necessity of compromise inherit in confederation, Peerage is necessary, meaning that an egalitarianism is inherit within the circle of confederates, members cannot be subordinates under compulsion, members are equals. Conversely, despotism/tyranny destroys the incentive to cooperate thus: execution of tyrants (Julius Caesar). limited monarchy: Magna Carta, constitutional monarchy. c) Meritocracy (open entrance into aristocracy): As the sovereigns (aristocrats) will always be a tiny minority and the demands of sovereignty are great (expensive), a common strategy is to distribute the cost as widely as possible. So, rather than actively suppressing entrance to the Peerage, the incentive to encourage (maximize) entrance by all who display the desire and ability: Meritocracy. d) War: Sovereignty may only be won through martial prowess. e) Science: The high cost of war creates great incentive for an accurate understanding of the physical universe, that military action may be prosecuted successfully. f) Contractualism: The high cost of military action demands that the participants swear oaths of loyalty even to death and then deliver on those oaths, formalized into contracts of cooperation. g) Trust: Inherent in contract, which is a promise to pay, is the concept of trust. (I feel like this is not explanatory enough).

Sovereignty can exist if and only if we reciprocally agree to insure one another against impositions of costs upon our property-in-toto by non-substitutable martial service against outgroups and deference to resolving our ingroup differences by courts of natural law of non imposition.
If we do so, then Sovereignty exists for the ruling class, liberty is available to the middle class, freedom to the working class, and subsidy to the dependent class by virtue of that rule of law. And as a consequence of the rule of law between individuals, mates, and classes, markets can be constructed for the production of reproduction; goods services and information; commons; and rule.
There is only one source of Sovereignty, Liberty, Freedom, and Subsidy: the organized application of violence to insure one another against impositions of costs, by a combination of martial service, and the use of Common, Judge Discovered, Natural Law of non imposition, under universal standing and universal application, before a jury of our peers, the number of which reflects the scale of the violation.
We had it right all along – and we blew it with democracy, pseudoscientific anthropology, psychology, sociology, economics and politics.
Thankfully we can easily fix it.

WHAT IS INCREMENTAL SUPPRESSION? organic common law as a means of incrementally suppressing free riding
1) Humans acquire at cost and defend what they have acquired at cost.
2) cooperation is disproportionately more productive than predation.
3) cooperation is only preferable to predation in the total absence of parasitism. Or, what we call free-riding.
4) Because of the disproportionate value of cooperation, Humans retaliate against free riding even if at high cost ( altruistic punishment). They protect the institution by severe policing of cheaters.
5) rules against free riding, either normative or codified in law, prohibit parasitism (free riding).
6) prohibitions that are habituated in norms or codified in law provide a means of decision making in matters of conflict.
7) prohibitions against parasitism can be positively expressed as contractual “rights”.
8) community member (shareholders in the local market) insure one another by suppressing retaliation against settlements of grievances according to norms and laws.
9) The common, organic law allows for the least time lapse between an innovation in the means of parasitism and the construction of a prohibition against this new means of parasitism expressed as new law. As such all laws are discovered. (very important)
