Synonym: monopoly share (a possession), proportional share (citizenship in a commons), proportional share (private in a common contract), demonstrated share ( a denial of opportunity( such as norms and traditions)

    RESOURCE : life, body, effort, time, attention, kin, material possession, material interest (share), organizational interest, normative interest, institutional interest, informational interest. Synonym: “capital”.

    YIELDS:

    Possession(insured by self defense) > consensual property (insured by reciprocity) > normative property(insured by normative enforcement) > property right (insured by third party enforcement) > natural right(ideal between government and citizens) or human right(ideal between governments). Technically speaking,under rule of law, under natural judge-discovered common law, under perfect reciprocity (sovereignty), natural rights can be brought into existence.

    Under these conditions it is possible to create sovereignty in fact, liberty by permission, freedom by utility, and subsidy by preference.

    Men use violence to create sovereignty in fact. Other men buy liberty from them as permission to put it to good use in the organization of the markets. Others yet obtain freedom from them by their actions in war, policing, and production within markets. Thankfully for all of us who aspire to advance our familial interests, there is no limit to the demand for sovereign men. Only a limit to the men capable of sovereignty. Because there are so few men capable of agency.

    That is an interesting statement. But until you define the scope of private property it’s actually non-rational (untestable) one: a logical deception demanding the use of substitution for an undefined (property) term.

    If you define the scope of property using rothbardian ghetto ethics, you will be unable to use praxeological reasoning to construct an explanation of the incentives under which such a polity can form and persist. If you define it as Hoppian ethics, you will not be able to construct an explanation of the incentive of how a polity can form and persist in competition with other polities. if you rely on property in toto (demonstrated property), you will be able to construct a polity that can form, survive, and compete.

    There is a reason why the american west was a province of the american empire, a reason why eastern europe hosted jews as polish, lithuanian, and russian provices, a reason the german princedom’s existed under french and italian papacy as provinces, a reason why the icelandic experiments existed as danish provinces, a reason why greek settlements existed as greek provinces, and so on: to hold (squat) territory at low cost on behalf of an empire that could afford to defend but not afford to administrate it.

    There exists one objective law of voluntary cooperation: full reciprocity: the non imposition of costs against the costs born by another without having imposed costs against the costs born by another and so on – leaving only productive, fully in formed, warrantied, voluntary exchange, limited to productive externalities as the possible means survival. In other words: markets in everything: association, cooperation, production, reproduction, production of commons, production of polities, production of group competition against other polities.

    One does not create excuses why another will not retaliate. Others will not retaliate against productive, fully informed, warrantied, voluntary exchanges, limited to productive externalities. That would be irrational, and man is neither moral or immoral, but merely rational in the pursuit of his reproductive, and therefore cooperative, strategy.

    I killed jewish and german anarchism and left the fully reciprocal natural law of sovereign men as the only possible means of obtaining a condition of sovereignty in fact, liberty by permission, freedom by utility, and subsidy as insurance.

    An animal has no agency, only impulse; can enter no contracts, only seize conveniences; can resolve no disputes truthfully, only imagine excuses. It cannot be reasoned with, only bribed or punished. But with bribes and punishments it can be trained. And if training fails, abandoned to the wild, enslaved, imprisoned, or killed.

    We train the animal with property in toto, manners, ethics, morals, and law. We use peers, parents, teachers, sheriffs, police, judges, juries, soldiers, generals and kings.

    The animal can be trained from beast to slave, to serf, to dependent, to freeman, to civilian, to soldier, to aristocracy: human.

    The training requires sentience, awareness, consciousness, reason, knowledge, and agency.

    But each degree of training demands more of the animal, and many – most – cannot complete it, and transcend the animal.

    As such the world is full of a few humans and many domesticated animals of varying degree, and many, many beasts.

    Thankfully, like many domesticatable animals, these animals, once domesticated, can often be put to good use.

    And as such, the beast man, like all other domesticatable beasts, can be domesticated for profit.

    The domestication of man – that occupation we call rule – is the most profitable occupation of all, except for one:

    The success in breeding, and training humans.

    Because while animals are a commodity, producing the rare human is the most profitable industry of all.

    And if it fails, hunting the beast man that remain, is the greatest joy of all.
