    If FASCISM is: Rule of Law, of Sovereignty, Reciprocity, Sanctity of the Commons, The Intergenerational Family, Zero-Tolerance and Jury; Social, Economic,and Political Nationalism; State Credit, Investment, Returns on Industrial Capital; Pragmatic Autarky – that’s PERFECT GOV’T. One cannot morally argue against Rule of Law by Natural Law of Sovereignty and Reciprocity, where the court and jury provide a market for punishment(court) in competition with the market for rewards(the market proper), & where exists a prohibition against imposition by arbitrage. This “Fascism” prevents consumption of accumulated genetic, personal, shareheld, common, social, portable, fixed, territorial, and institutional capital advocated by immoral libertarians under free trade, open borders, and the sophism of non aggression w/o including ALL capital. So if “Fascism” means intolerance that means Rule of Law of Sovereignty and Reciprocity, for individual, family, clan, tribe, and nation including familial, social, normative, traditional, institutional, genetic capital the aggressive, zero-tolerance, prosecution = Optimum Life. So yes, I want, all moral men want, “Fascism” if “Fascism” is Rule of Law of Reciprocity, Markets in Everything, intolerance for Monopoly of Abrahamic undermining by parasitisms of universalism, judaism, christianity, islam, marxism, feminism, postmodernism, denialism, and lying. And that includes prosecution of those who would cast that Fascism (Intolerance) as Immoral, Unethical, Undesirable, who by doing so conspires with our ancient enemies to Underming (Again) our great civilization, by granting license for fomentation of crimes against our people. So “I pray thee take heed” that you do not conspire, even in ignorance, regardless of your intentions, with ancient enemies, whose strategy is to incite monopoly, tyranny, irreciprocity, parasitism, ignorance, sophism, superstition, pseudoscience, and denial to destroy us AGAIN. Because THE LAW does not forgive ignorance of The Law, and when prosecution, restitution, punishment, and prevention are soon restored, those who conspire, in ignorance or not, intent or not, willingly or not, shall be punished – all the same. And what restitution for genocide? So you are either a Fascist for the Natural Law of Sovereignty and Reciprocity or you are the enemy of mankind, and you have confessed your guilt, and those of us who can, shall have no mercy in restitution, punishment, and prevention of imitators by making an example of you.

  • How Does P-Law Address Harm to Our People on Foreign Soil?

    —“I know you rarely address specific events but how would P address what happened with the mormon family murdered in Mexico today, if at all? Thanks in advance.”—

    (a) Under P-law all men in the polity are granted unlimited Letters of Marque for the Restitution, Punishment, and Prevention of Repetition of Crimes against our people “upon any land that admits them”, and may use any means at their disposal, and obtain any rewards (loot) they can obtain the process as compensation, and they are insured by the polity, court, and military for having done their service. (b) Under P-law if crimes are committed against our people, “upon any land that admits them” and if restitution, punishment, and prevention is not delivered, with urgency, then the military shall use all means at its disposal to extract restitution, impose punishment, and prevention by collective punishment such that no repetition occurs. (that means kill everyone in 100m radius etc, or whatever it takes to get the enemy to turn in the criminals) This means that: 1) countries will be careful admitting our people (good) 2) countries will pay us off if they have to. 3) locals will turn over people if they can. 4) families will turn in their own 5) ‘adventurers’ can punish such people for fun and profit. 6) “…and the world will once again tremble”

    Sorry but I am not wrong on Monarchy. I don’t make errors. Read Hoppe Monarchy is the last line of defense against the failure of institutions to protect the people from usurpation by incremental or direct means. Monarchy has the optimum incentive for the production of arts and aesthetic commons that persist traditions. Monarchy has the optimum incentives to persist the nation, the people, people their genes as a family. Monarchy prevents the displacement of human heads of the national family with supernatural, or ideological heads of the national family. Washington’s only mistake was not taking the position of king and thereby preventing the civil war and the undermining of our people in the postwar period by eastern european jewish intellectuals intent on creating the same ‘license’ that they had in the Pale. If elizabeth was not fearful OF speaking out she would. She is merely waiting out the ‘democratic experiment’ which is rapidly coming to an end. We restore europe by restoring monarchies, and thereby restoring nation states, with ‘free cities’ for those who are less conforming, but want the benefits of our superior social political legal economic, and intellectual order.     A monarch=judge of last resort (not monarchy = government), is the last line of defense against the fashions of the people. I’m sorry. Data is data. Evidence is evidence. If elizabeth could survive pulling the plug and restoring british sovereignty, (and she should be able to) then the political ambitions of the evil people in the world could easily be overcome.
