The only reason a boy of 14-16 is not ready to be a man is because he has been infantilized. Its just evolution matching market values. A woman’s highest point is somewhere between maximum conception ability and maximum healthy birth ability. This is what we call “Beautiful”
A mans maximum value is totally dependent on him, but definitely happens much later. A man has a mission he needs to get on with concerning other men and the outside world before he can have value. A womans mission is a man and having offspring.
