The moral means of doing so is separation into Whiteness(Natural Eugenics) and non-whiteness(Dysgenics). Otherwise you Dysgenecists will drag our civilization down even more so with you.     Whiteness consists of the institutionalization of the maximum training and demand for individual responsibility and resulting market sortition by your demonstrated will and ability for individual responsibility to survive by the service of increasing numbers of others others. It is empirical, self determined, meritocratic, and hierarchical, and until redistribution, suppressed the reproduction of those who demonstrate they are unwilling unable, and therefore unfit for individual responsibility. Whiteness isnt opression, its domestication of the animal human such that he or she imposes no cost of irresponsibility on others. Whiteness is just science in everything. Including the persistence of natural selection.

    Briefly, I have a paternal view of leadership, which is roughly translates as I run organizations like a grad program, and spend about a third of my time on talent, on customers, and on operations. If I have to do more than that I don’t have enough talent. The reason I do this is because I build growth companies, and this means I will always need more leadership next year than this year, and it takes about two to three years to train someone to take inititive and own an initiative.
    So I view leadership as support, as education, and as decision making (judgement), given that there is always a scarcity of resources. And like a democratic republic I want to distribute the decision making and knowledge and competency as widely as possible.
    In this method everyone seeks their level of competency and they can succeed or fail. This means they determine their career, not me or any ‘manager’.
    Now this is my approach because I am CAPABLE of it. There are other leaders who are not capable of it,and must use different organizational structures. There is a long history of academic study of leadershp thru the ages, but it’s not really complicated. There are only three categories. Are oyu inspirational, are you operational, or are you educational? and you must compensate with others and organizations for whatever you aren’t. 😉

Because only classical liberalism (rule of law, of the empirically discovered natural law of individual sovereignty, reciprocity, and responsibility(duty)) is non-arbitrary (scientific), and sufficiently precise to describe a set of criteria (formula) for outlawing the behavior, when that behavior(undermining, reputation destruction, social construction, sedition, institutional destruction, treason) is natural to humans, because ‘indirect crime by social means’ is profitable for groups but hasn’t been outlawed yet.

    2) european civ is and always has been trifunctional with military(force/defense), legal(exchange/boycott), and religious(exclusion/inclusion) elites. So it is more tolerant of competition between elites – adjudicated by the natural common concurrent law. This means the law must keep relative pace with evolution in the criminality of human behavior. For a variety of reasons, we failed to keep pace in the postwar period, because of the combination of the winfall of industrialization, the introduction of women into voting, the capacity of debt expansion, and the replacement of the right-church and morality with leftist-academy and economics as as substitute for morality, plus the rez-kelsen-dworkin attack on the law itself and the rise of lawfare during the 1960s.
