Not sure which argument you’re making. But for a prosecutor who lets felons go on a daily basis, to prosecute trump for a procedural violation where there is no victim, and the maximum historical fee of which has been $500, is kind of ridiculous, because it’s obviously a political prosecution. Same thing for prosecuting Clinton for BJs from an intern. This is political nonsense. I’d be happy to argue the case on behalf of trump because it’s a no-lose proposition for him politically.

You do realize that simple people have emotions, and spophisticted people have frustrations?
So, in this case he doesn’t like the fact that the defense created an explicit record of denial, that the denial is discretionary, and that does not directly address the reason for the denial.
This is how you document judicial ‘discretions’ that may bias the case.
    That’s whats going on.
If the judge is ‘miffed’ it’s becaues he’s being called out, and his actions documented.

    THE CURSE OF WELL-MEANING FOOLS
Had to block a ‘whataboutist’ practicing ‘whataboutery’ yesterday who polluted every discussion by making excuses for everything imaginable. This person is male but effeminate in cognition, and ‘spiritual’ rather than empirical, and has the odd attraction to music, all of which are forms of self-gratification and emotional hyperconsumption.

We had it right by limiting political participation to demonstrated competency.

Our ‘solution’ is to increase the number of houses to separate those with demonstrated competency and demonstrated contribution to the commons by that competency, from those without having done so.

Yes, rule of law matters far more than democracy. Yes it’s not clear that democracy is a net good rather than a net bad. But it is abundantly clear that unearned democratic participation is absolutely positively a net bad. And unearned democratic participation in the absence of rule of law of natural law, is just a slower road to totalitarianism, and the collapse that follows.

The method of government is almost irrelevant. It’s rule of law by the natural law of self-determination, sovereignty and reciprocity that matters. Everything else ‘good’ is merely a privilege of having succeeded at it.

Domestic Violence BY Women Against Men and Children.

Part of it is expected by being a truth before face aspie, who can occasionally come across as insensitive if I’m not paying enough attention, but I’ve had to teach every woman in every relationship from the 70s to present not to hit me – especially not in the head.

When by contrast I’ve slapped a woman once when young because I was so shocked at what she said I just reacted (and I was horrified that I did). And struck a woman once in adulthood because she woke me aggressively and attacked me (she’s Russian, and it’s normal in their culture) while I was still half awake and under the influence of Ambien (and that’s why I don’t take Ambien unless I have to when traveling many time zones).

Now, while about a third of domestic violence is by women against men, men don’t report women for domestic violence because of the stigma, so most is unreported.

Yet I’ve had to teach every single woman not to hit me. Why do women think it’s OK to hit men?

I suspect that’s because under normal conditions we find it kind of cute. And male partners are the only people women can use physical force against without retribution.

Why are women so violent to their children?

    That’s not complicated.

They’re the problem. And you’re supporting them as the problem. So you’re part of the problem. Royalty isn’t a cake walk or a privilege it’s a responsibility with demands most us lack the personal fortitude to maintain. Harry wasn’t fit for it. He’s a mommy’s boy. She’s a harlot. She protects the mommy’s boy from the scary world of responsibility. They’re great at preventing one another from growing into responsible adults.
And that’s where you come in.
