    The Year in Review.

    Starting in December of last year I came out and started the reformation of libertarianism, and restoring it to its aristocratic heritage, by laundering the cosmopolitan verbalisms that rothbard and others have inserted

    1) APRIORISM: While I can’t quite do it elegantly yet, I have put a permanent bullet in apriorism as practiced by the cosmopolitans (mises, rothbard popper etc) and continentals. (Hoppe and all the germans). I don’t much care if that zombie idea dies, but I have ended its life at least.

    2) NAP/IVP: I have put a permanent silver bullet in the NAP/IVP. That vampire will just take a while to die. And I have forever put an end to Rothbard’s ghetto ethics.

    3) PRAXEOLOGY I have put a permanent silver bullet in Misesian Praxeology as he stated it and Rothbard expanded and abused it – And demonstrate that mises merely failed to develop economic operationalism.

    4) EMPIRICISM IN ECONOMICS: in particular in the statement that economics is deductive rather than empirical, and operational.

    5) TESTIMONIAL TRUTH : I have defined existential truth as testimonial truth – a minor improvement over performative truth, and used the term “testimonial” in order to both distinguish verbalism of performative truth, from the operationalism of testimonial truth, and to invoke the idea of jury that is central to our western evolutionary strategy.

    6) THE TRUTH-SPEAKING METHOD ISN’T LIMITED TO SCIENCE – And I have shown that the scientific method is mislabeled, merely because it is the method scientists developed due to their incentives, but is in fact the universal method of truth-speaking.

    7) THE MERGING OF SCIENCE AND PHILOSOPHY AS TRUTH SPEAKING – And I think I have or will have, restated western philosophy as the attempt to speak the truth in testimony. And that from that perspective philosophy and science are indistinguishable. We can practice philosophy that reduces our ability to speak truthfully; or increases our ability to lie; or increases our ability to speak truthfully.

    Note: today it occurs to me that all these nonsensical philosophical systems are interstitial means of inquiry that are no longer to be dismissed, but which tell us nothing unless the theories produced by them can be operationally articulated (constructed).

    8) EVOLUTIONARY STRATEGIES AND TRUTH: Evolutionary Strategies: and I have touched upon the uses of truth as reflective of evolutionary strategies. The weaponization of truth, of the commons, of the family.

    9) THE GENETIC DEFECT OF ALTRUISM – I think I have touch upon the fact that our altruism unless we are isolated on an island, or walled beyond a fortress of mountains, is an uncompetitive strategy that cannot resist aggression and weaponized family and reproduction. It is our vulnerability.

    10) FAMILY POLICY VS INDIVIDUAL LAW – I forgot to add to my list for 2914, the concept that law must be constructed for individuals, yet state policy must be constructed for families.

    11) LAW AND VELOCITY OF PROGRESS.

    12) INTER-TEMPORAL INFORMATION SYSTEM – voluntary exchange as an information system. Just as prices form an information system

    In the sixties,during the proletarian revolution, universities were places of revolution, and professors were held at gunpoint and told to teach revisionist communist history or be killed.

    Currently, to satisfy the consumer demand of feminism, universities still teach false, revisionist, history.

    Currently, to keep cash flowing from the future into the present, by the sale of a faulty product, universities still teach false, revisionist pseudoscience (social science) and false, religion of the cathedral: universalism, democracy, diversity, while proposing that these create high trust rather than devolve high trust into low trust.

    Is not the duty then of aristocratic egalitarians, to suppress lying wherever they find it?

    THE LOGIC OF DIVORCE

    Data suggests that the no fault divorce was one of the worst legislative failures in history.

    Now, my view is that we either relegate marriage to the equivalent of a power of attorney, and eliminate common property entirely, or that we return to fault, for the distribution of common property in the event of failure.

    Single motherhood is responsible for the rise in inequality, as much as is third world immigration, and the failure of the education system to create competitive labor, and the university system for selling defective and un-warrantied products.

    Propertarianism would recommend that we eliminate common property because it is not in fact a commons: that which is unavailable for consumption. As such marital assets cannot be considered a commons since they are available for consumption. And so this law is a deception.

    Conversely, fault based divorce increases the risk of exiting the marriage, and increases the incentives for preserving it.

    Likewise alimony and child support are both destructive in that they merely ignore the cost of maintaining two households- especially given that males can no longer trade their productivity, while women can still trade their sex and affection.

    My intuition is that marriage with high penalty was an extremely useful institution inseparable from Liberty, capitalism, and the civic society. It forces concentration of wealth and it’s highly eugenic when in nuclear and absolute nuclear form.

    We are currently practicing the worst of all possible choices.

    CENTRALIZE RENTS THEN EXTERMINATE THEM

    Economic Rents create lost opportunities for exchange by granting a privilege that is incalculable instead of a return to the polity that is calculable (measurable). Majority rule creates lost opportunities to exchange rents and privileges which are incalculable, for returns to the polity that are calculable (measurable). Pooling of taxes rather than fees for services, the payments of debts, and returns on investments, create opportunities for rents. It is this system of rents that we systemically MUST construct under democracy. It is this system of rents, when replaced with requirement for operational calculability (operationalism) that allows the predatory and parasitic rent-seeking bureaucracy to exist. Conversely, with a universal requirement for operational calculability, universal standing for the prosecution of rent seeking, and the negotiation of contracts, rather than the competition for rents in order to obtain power necessary to issue laws (commands), it is impossible to seek rents. And even if rents are obtained, impossible to hold them. Yet this system does not require that we abandon the construction of commons. Only abandon the rentiers. So while it was necessary to centralize rents in order to extinguish family, guild and tribal rents, it is now equally necessary to necessary to ban rents permanently. All that is required is universal standing and operational calculability.

    RADICAL NOT CONSERVATIVE

    Or, why I am and am not a conservative at the same time. 🙂

    My position is radical, not conservative. I’m not advocating retention of the status quo (the definition of conservatism), nor am I asking to return to the past. But insisting that we adopt institutions suitable to our people’s competitive needs, which are also as it turns out, man’s evolutionary needs – because of the uniqueness of our civilization.

    Yes, we can learn from our past, in that we can learn what caused our success – resistance to the concentration of power (division of power), the division of labor, testimonial truth, and the common law.

    Truth is inseparable from calculation, and calculation inseparable from action, and given the necessity and utility of action, all else is justification and deception in pursuit of competition within the existing genetic, geography, family, economic, and political structure. Or more clearly: while it is possible to calculate verbally, it is also possible to lie and deceive verbally. Where it is not so possible to lie and deceive operationally (calculatively).

    The cost of this difference is meaning. The problem is, when we say meaning, how much of this is justification to the self, or justification to others? Is not all philosophy and argument merely political?

    Until I started focusing on Neo-Reaction instead of the fallacies of libertine-libertarianism, I did not perhaps understand the full import of what I am doing. Is meaning merely a feeble attempt to connect the intuitive with the calculative? Can we instead of separating our mental activity into intuition and reason (verbalism), can we separate it into perception, intuition, calculation, and justification? Is reason but justification?

    If this is true then human intellectual history is upside down.

    I am not there yet, but getting closer.
