    Roughly speaking we spend 10K per student per year, which varies from a low of 7k in Utah to a high of 20k in NY, plus an additional 2k per student at the federal level’s department of education. I don’t know the state overhead numbers. As far as I can tell there is zero value provided by every single individual above the practicing teacher. As far as I can tell the entire academic establishment teaches pseudoscience in order to justify greater expenditures and higher salaries – since teaching is a pretty simple interpersonal craft more dependent upon the individual teacher’s character and abilities than any particular methodology. Teaching no subject is difficult if taught in the context of the historical narrative, and applied through repetition with natural language. My suggestion would be to do away with all administration in the country entirely, require teachers to form sub-s corporations holding any physical plant (school) as an asset, and require each of them to carry insurance-of-performance like lawyers and accountants, series seven holders, and bonded professionals. Deliver purchasing power parity vouchers to each student depending upon his region. Allow students and parents to shop for schools and entrepreneurs to form new ones. This will drive students into schools that offer different teaching environments for different temperaments and in combination will restore normative behavior to the population and commons. An homogenous germanic protestant middle class population is far different from a diverse population from different gene pools that mature at different rates to different depths. Humans do not ‘grow’ a the same rate in all senses. Nor are we endowed with equal abilities and challenges. And each must be taught as his biology allows. REALLOCATION OF TIME TO HOME AND COMMONS There is no evidence that education of more than two to three hours a day produces any value whatsoever. There is substantial evidence that education produces infantilization and ignorance. And that a few hours a day in the late morning, and then continuous exposure to life, family, friends, commons, business and industry provides higher returns in maturity and abilities. Returning children to the labor force is more important than adding mothers to it. We have to understand that vast numbers of women entering the workplace was not a net add. It merely reduced replacment rates, pushed men in to higher risk jobs at lower pay, forced the west to import underclasses, and force us to lie about equality of people in traits and abilities, and the only net gain was letting one generation retire early, instead of maintaining part time, light burdent work that kept them mobile, healthy, and engaged in life. CURRICULUM I’ve written elsewhere on cirriculum extensively, largely to eliminate pseudoscience, pseudorationalism, propaganda, and outright lies, and to return to evidentiary knoweldge. The net is that we teach people poorly and pseudoscientifically, when the process of education is actually quite trivial. Needless to say teachiung is a craft and teachers have talents for it or they don’t. But the process is very simple: narrative for context, basic operations, higher explanations and patterns, and repetition of all using natural lanaguage.  In the enlightenment and especially after 1920 there appears to have been a rapid expansion of the ‘crafts’ claiming academic pretenses, and incorporating pseudoscientific language into all the ‘crafts’.  Many of these ‘crafts’ are in the ‘liberal arts’ and ‘social sciences’ including education. But tehy are mere crafts consisting of a very small number of basic operations, the most important of which is subjective analysis of mental states, and the attempt to communicate how to extend that mental state.     (propertarianism core) We can restore the west’s evolutionary trajectory as the principle source of mankind’s innovation, restore our people and our civilization, and overthrow a century and a half of pseudoscience, by restoring to the common law the organizing principle of sovereignty – and consequential markets in everything, with just one law: truthful speech by the involuntary warranty of due diligence against error, bias, suggestion, obscurantism, pseudoscience and deceit, for the purpose of circumventing a voluntary, fully informed, warrantied, voluntary exchange, limited to productive externalities, by the imposition of costs against property in toto: that broad spectrum of things, relationships, behaviors, and commons, which we have borne costs to inventory, without imposing costs upon the things, behaviors, and commons of others. This warranty is achieved by proofs (demonstrations) of consistency in 1) categorical consistency, 2) internal consistency, 3) empirical consistency, 4) existential consistency, 5) moral consistency, 6) scope consistency. And while it might take a small effort to learn how to provide these warranties on all information, just as we have learned to provide warranties on products, warranties on services, and limited warranties on the reporting of basic research, we can complete the scientific method and require these proofs on all information. In every era we invent new expansions of the method of cooperation we call the division of perception, cognition, knowledge, labor, and advocacy. But in doing so we create greater asymmetries of knowledge, and therefore new opportunities to invent means of benefitting from the imposition of costs upon others that we call ‘parasitism’. And we rely upon courts, testimony, jury, judge, empirical truth, and the accumulated empirical knowledge of the common law of torts, to incrementally suppress and render illegal each innovation in parasitism as soon as the first case adjudicated is recorded for reference by other lawyers, prosecutors, and judges. The west was not first, nor wealthiest, nor possessed of greater numbers, superior resources, superior climate. But instead, by accident of circumstance, chose Sovereignty as their principle of organization – a choice which is possible only under empirical, testimonial speech we call ‘truth’, and a market for the resolution of any negotiation, exchange, or conflict – depriving all of authority over anything other than the preservation of sovereignty. Europeans created the distributed dictatorship of sovereign men, open to any man willing and able to reciprocally insure every other against violations of his sovereignty.     THE OVERSING MISSION: ELIMINATION OF MIDDLE MANAGEMENT AND THE RESTORATION OF TRIBE

    Employees choose mentors. Executives choose managers.

    The functional problem of the ‘firm’ is middle management, because all managers are subject to the Principle Agent Problem.

    The only method of eliminating the principle agent problem is to provide the information provided by management directly between owners and employees who perform useful functions.

    So just as we require a central bank for purposes of commensurability (a treasury of last resort), but we no longer require a banking and financial system (at all), we require an executive team (judges of last resort), but we no longer require middle management.

    This is, in large part, what I am attempting to achieve with Oversing: the elimination of the rent-seeking class information-transmission, managerial class, and its substitution with, and restoration of, the craftsmen (mentoring) class.

    So the fact that I am trying to build a piece of software that not only helps teams self organize through (extreme) transparency, and allows us to experience what we call a ‘flat organization’ that we almost all intuit that we want to work in. But software that replaces the entire organizational ‘operating system’ is so that we can eliminate what prevents the end of the capitalist organization and return to the ‘society’ that we humans want to live in, by eliminating the principle agent problem, the information-hiding, the rent seeking, the politicking (corruption), and the constant problem of employees (economic family) desiring mentorship but receiving management.

    All organizations die for the same reason: the accumulated managerial rents are sufficiently extractive that there are insufficient methods and resources by which to create the incentives to reorganize the organization in response to change or shocks.

    We invented the state to compensate for the limits of talent available in the noble families, when the rate of change, and the scale of operations, expanded in modernity.

    We invented the corporation, and the management team, to compensate for scale of organizations surpassing the abilities of the families that owned businesses.

    We improved the capabilities of management through vast expanses in data and information.

    What remains is to improve the information available to employees and owners, so that we solve the principle agent problem created by middle management.

    To accomplish this goal means we need a rather expansive suite of tools for the organization.

    So that is why oversing’s scope is so large. The minimum feature set necessary to accomplish the goal is non trivial.

    What’s the difference between MARKET FASCISM and the Status Quo?

    There are two differences:

    1) Since markets regulated by natural law are the only POSSIBLE means of preserving sovereignty, and voluntary cooperation free of parasitism, then any attempt to perpetuate an alternative is an act of attempted fraud.

    So the difference is that under Market Fascism, there is no tolerance for criticism of the sovereign market order just as no tolerance for cannibalism, murder, theft, fraud, and conspiracy. Becuase tolerance for such crimes itself a crime. You may only propose exchanges.

    You can use the court to pursue an involuntary imposition of costs that violates natural law. But you may not propose an imposition of costs that violates natural law.

    In other words, you must constrain yourself to function within the markets in word and deed.

    2) Since you must fully account for the consequences of any action, the externalities produced by your action must not privatize the commons or socialize your losses. This means that you must be more careful in profiting from the ignorance of your fellow citizen shareholders.

    In other words your opportunity to profit from arbitrage is limited.

    These are simple, but far reaching demands.

    NEWBIES: GET IT YET? WE ARE CHANGING THE QUALITY OF POLITICAL DISCOURSE – FOREVER.

    Every person, with every minor improvement in making his propertarian arguments, is helping to raise the bar of political argument, and to overthrow millennia of nonsense, falsehood, pseudoscience, and lies.

    The purpose of the Propertarian project was to give us a ratio-scientific language for the discussion, comparison, and debate of ethical, moral, political, and group evolutionary strategies.

    My goal was to collect 5-10 that could do it well, and 100 that could do it at all.

    That, and a Book, a “canon”, is all it will take for us to change the world as much as empiricism changed the world.

    And with that argumentative weaponry, and a set of demands, we will force a revolution on this world equal to the greek and the anglo – even if we must do so at the end of a gun, the tip of a spear, the heat of flame,

    We are doing something very important.

    We have the next best chance to complete the Germanic Project, and restore our civilization to its original path: transcendence into the gods we seek, through the continuous improvement of man.
