    Rothbardian ethics preserve the ability to ‘cheat’ by all but violence and the crudest of frauds – and rothbard supports that preservation with the argument that the market will naturally suppress that cheating. However, transaction costs alone, ensure that such suppression can’t occur. And that’s before we add in the remaining external costs of low trust.

    On the Renting of Persons

    Liberal thought (in the sense of classical liberalism) is based on the juxtaposition of consent to coercion. Autocracy and slavery were supposedly based on coercion whereas today’s political democracy and economic “employment system” are based on consent to voluntary contracts. This paper retrieves an almost forgotten dark side of contractarian thought that based autocracy and slavery on explicit or implicit voluntary contracts. To answer these “best case” arguments for slavery and autocracy, the democratic and antislavery movements forged arguments not simply in favor of consent but arguments that voluntary contracts to legally alienate aspects of personhood were invalid “even with consent”—which made the underlying rights inherently inalienable. Once understood, those arguments have the perhaps “unintended consequence” of ruling out today’s self-rental contract, the employer employee contract.

    THE “ONE LAW” IS THE PROHIBITION ON DISCOUNTS.

    Private property is merely a tool for the prohibition of discounts.

    Eh… I’m the only one who gets it. But that’s the answer. we’ve been all caught up in promoting and defending private property against the state, but that’s been a distraction.

    We must suppress all discounts, or at least, as many as possible by the organized use of violence, in order to expand the scope and value of the market.

    If we expand the discounts to just cover violence theft and fraud, private property results. But that is PRIMITIVE private property.

    If we expand the discounts to all forms of discount both public and private, we end up with HIGH TRUST PROPERTY.

    Rothbard gave us PRIMITIVE private property, and propertarianism gives us HIGH TRUST private property.

    Conservatives will tolerate and embrace high trust private property and I am very much convinced that at least for christian european libertarians, I can convince them that high trust private property is superior to rothbard’s primitive private property.

    The difference is that we must use violence to suppress all discounts, and with that knowledge we see liberty in a completely different light: we must use force to implement high trust property rights at all times, and at every opportunity.

    And conversely, we cannot possess high trust private property without the constant, vigilant use of organized violence to suppress discounts.

    When all discounts are suppressed, individuals have no choice but to seek to serve others in the market.

    If I finish propertarianism, it is now possible to create both an AI, and to give it moral and ethical rules that it cannot violate. It cannot violate them through self deception via self obscurantism either.

    wow…. Gotta put out a short story on that fairly quickly. Don’t have time tho.

    THAT IS IT!!!!!

    In college I wrote software that simulated an intelligent ‘tank’, using emotional rewards, and sixteen different emotions. But my problem was I just could not figure out how to tune rules for the emotions to produce the right behavior. I couldn’t come up with consistent rules……….

    Property is a consistent rule. Property=morality. But property RIGHTS are distributed among groups differently, because different groups use different property rights structures to suit needed reproductive strategies given local structures of production, and given local competitors in production.

    So like any ‘technology’ property rights are paradigmatic: the structure of production, the structure of reproduction (the family) and the structure of property rights that allow cooperation within that paradigmatic structure.

    I don’t like the paradigm argument because it’s too closely related to ‘belief’ and not closely enough related to instrumentalism.

    MORE RECENTLY – RUNCIBLE

    We were thinking of a new company using a new programming technology and spatial manifolds to store complex data. This could use existing technology even if new forms of programming.

    The problem none of us could solve was the data structure. Language is very problematic because of its complexity and loading. But, all language can be reduced to statements of property, property rights, and voluntary or involuntary transfer.

    Property is the data structure.

    PROPERTY IS THE UNIVERSAL COMPUTATIONAL DATA STRUCTURE.

    Is this the underlying problem that my subconscious autistic mind has been fighting with for decades?????????? Is this the ‘problem’ that that frustrating enormous obsessive machine in my head ‘senses’ but could not solve? That will nearly kill me if I don’t keep it fed with problems related to it?

    I know that my psychological motivation comes from a combination of obsessive autism, the need to understand, and the desire to prevent conflict.

    But …. But I think this might be what I was intuitively searching for…… I’ve been carrying this frustration for decades… and I think this is it.

    It was very smart not to rush my book this year. I am very close now to a compact argument. The last science so to speak.

We can rely on ratio-scientific argument under which illustrates the multitude of thefts, or suppression of thefts, being conducted in any action.
