There is only one crime: tort. There is only one law: reciprocity. Our disputes are only over the scope of demonstrated interest.

“Make the officer feels safe and he will reciprocate. Make the officer feel unsafe and he will reciprocate.” Our justice system isn’t terrifying. Mostly it costs you time and money. When you’re ‘caught’. Just deal. Don’t resist. Take the hit. Be a man.

(Best advice I ever got both from the police (I was in a police club as a kid), Sheriff friends of the family, men in the military, was that “Make the officer feels safe and he will reciprocate. Make the officer feel unsafe and he will reciprocate.”)

P-Law: We’re judges. Get a liar, an ideologist, a philosopher, or a theologian if you want to avoid evade or deceive or defraud – instead of the truth, reciprocity, and decidability.. 😉
Our job isn’t winning your approval but prosecuting the enemy.

The natural law of reciprocal insurance (defense of) self-determination requires sovereignty in demonstrated interests, and reciprocity in display, word, and deed in defense of those interests. IE: military weapons are necessary for the preservation of natural law.
Period.

Technically speaking, if there is no law there is no crime. HOWEVER, this applies to legislation and regulation, not natural law. Crimes against the physical, formal institutional, informal institutional, and informational commons are just enforced or not. We can enforce them. 😉

Correct. No context in where, an oath before the community of peers, is made, and enforced by them. Promise vs contract with skin in teh game (downsides).

Conservatives shame, Libertarians beg, we Soverientarians demand sovereignty and reciprocity or threaten reciprocal punishment by such same removal in exchange. In other words, we put choice and force back into politics.
