PROPERTARIAN NATURAL LAW IS JUST ‘EASIER’
Humor aside, Strictly Constructed Propertarian Law is soooo much easier to adjudicate than all the accidents of error and malice that constitute current law.
Simple law is good law. Natural Law is a simple law. Becuase it uses very simple decidability.
The problem then is only ‘who to believe’.
Most of the time, that’s the main issue in court.
