  • Say There Was An Abolition Of Private Property In America Today. What Would Our Economy And The Crime Rate Look Like After 5 Years?

The entire economy would immediately tank, the dollar would crash worldwide, and with it the dollar’s reserve currency, the world would plunge into recursive economic depressions, resulting in mass chaos, mass violence, civil and international wars.

In the united states, we would run out of food in about three days. … I mean. It’s too horrible to even think about.

People would ignore it, defend their property anyway, and civil war would rage and tens of millions would die.

Nuclear weapons are not the only way to bring about armageddon.

DE-CONFLATION OF PROPERTARIANISM INTO SEVEN THESES

Now, look, I know I’m more than a tad anachronistic. Because I do serious work, I do experimental work, I do promotion, and I happily participate in troll-guments. But that’s a luxury of not working in the Academy, and not needing anyone’s approval. I have luxuries that authors and academics dont – and I revel in them.

But Propertarianism is a bit confusing – or at least, following my work on propertarianism is somewhat confusing to newbies – because Propertarianism consists of very separate works.

    1) Acquisitionism (Psychology), Propertarianism (Sociology), Testimonialism (epistemology: the completion of the scientific method, to include psychology and sociology). This is a very hard-core, serious work that solves the outstanding problems in analytic philosophy and the sciences, thereby uniting philosophy and the sciences.

    2) Natural Law (Ethics, and Law)

It is possible to construct, strictly, with original intent, and strict textualism, from the first principle of reciprocity, all possible moral law, and to disallow judicial legislation from the bench, and much of judicial discretion, as our founders had originally intended so that the constitution could not be circumvented. THis requires propertarian and testimonial grammar, and produces the equivalent of software ‘functions’ for the production of contracts.

    3) Market Government (Politics)

A list of options by which different governments can be constructed, under a natural law of reciprocity, thereby ending the period of majoritarian tyranny via monopoly allocation of resources to preferred commons. And the devolution of the powers for normative commons and familial commons to the region (state) and locality (city). Chief differences include the assent of any contract of the commons that survives the criticism of natural law (shall-ascend), and the elimination of majority rule. As well as the elimination of political representatives (politicians).

    4) Anti-Marxism

The extension of fraud protection from products and services to information and public speech. The defunding of those devices by which the left has preyed upon our people, and the restoration of our sovereignty via that means.

    5) A New Constitution

The reformation of the american constitution in order to restore Anglo Saxon Contractualism, The Founder’s Attempt at a constitution of Natural Law.

    6) The Revolution

The strategy and tactics of revolution by which we can force the restoration of the constitution of natural law, and force the expansion of the constitution to require warranty of due diligence against fraud in matters of the commons from products, and services, to information, and speech.

    7) The Answer to the Question of Western Dominance in all fields. (Group Evolutionary Strategy) The answer is reducible to we invented and use truth as an heroic virtue despite the threat to the dominance hierarchy. From that one choice, all the rest of the west evolved.

So when you just ‘stop on by’ or are a newbie, it kind of takes a while to figure out both if I’m serious or experimenting, or playing, and which of the seven points I’m experimenting with.

If you understand testimonialism and operational grammar used testimonialism, you’ll see that when I construct arguments I am actually trying to construct proofs – and then by trying them over and over again, refining them until they’re both complete and comprehensible to ‘normal’ people. Or at least the best that I can do.

So I’m not ‘done’ with the seven different components of Propertarianism (i might never be). And when you participate in this online experiment, you’re watching a street vendor practice his craft – including the failures.

Hopefully you learn something wonderful. 😉

THE ORDERED SPECTRUM OF “MONEY TO PROMISES” w/ ADDITION OF BITCOIN

    (worth repeating)

I swear to god this is one of those things that everyone on earth needs to understand – and if they don’t, they are ongoing victims of financial fraud daily.

I did not add checks, agreements, and promises to the right side of this list but I probably should so that it would provide the entire spectrum.

    OWNERSHIP IN FACT: POWER.

He who can kill a thing, owns a thing. He who can destroy a thing, owns a thing. He who can take a thing, owns a thing. Everything else is simply the pursuit of some condition even more preferable than killing, destroying, taking a thing. And the only thing preferable is reciprocity by which more can be obtained by productive, voluntary exchange than by killing, destroying, or taking a thing. Conversely, killing, destroying, and taking a thing is preferable to ir-reprocity, by which one’s things are taken by unproductive, involuntary, transfers.

    MORE ON TRADEMARKS

There is a great difference between an imitation, a likeness, and a similarity. Trademarks prohibit imitation, require distinction such that products differ in likeness, but do not prohibit similarity. The consumer must not be fooled, nor may the consumer purchase a signal good, and then display it as an act of fraud. However, one may not possess a claim to an idea.

    https://propertarianism.com/2016/08/16/qa-curt-whats-your-position-on-intellectual-property/POSITION ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY?

—“CURT: What’s your position on intellectual property?”— Sean Ring

    Net Net:

1 – Trademark = weight and measure, not license to partial monopoly.

2 – Copyright convert to Creative Commons Protection. (may not use for commercial purposes, but may not prohibit non-commercial use) Prohibition on profiting without homesteading, but does not license a partial monopoly.

3 – Patents reserve for basic research, or off book production of commons. Licenses a partial monopoly in order to conduct off book research, development, and risk.

In particular, eliminate conflation of trademark, copyright, and patent. Trademark protection is testable by 2 or 3 second identity measurement. In other words, you can trademark a visual representation of a product and test it against a set of consumers selected by lot. In other words, Gucci bags and Iphone interfaces can be trademarked but not copyrighted or patented, so that as long as a user can distinguish them visually (weight and measure) in a few seconds (two or three) then it’s not a violation of trademark. We have a lot of research that shows this is sufficient line of demarcation for consumers to identify a brand (weight and measure) from one that is an imitation. (which is the origin of trademarks).

This position eliminates intellectual property per se; separates market from non-market activity, yet preserves the people’s right to use off book research and development.

    PURPOSE

Aside from repairing the various immoralities that have evolved from intellectual property, my intention is to DEFUND the immoralities that are made POSSIBLE by intellectual property:

    – Funding Hollywood propaganda.

    – Funding the news media.

    – Funding propaganda literature

    – Funding the academy’s authors of propaganda

    – Funding the artificial scarcity of research papers produced by public funds.

In other words, defunding the left.
