Mar 23, 2020, 5:02 PM IT DOESN’T TAKE MUCH. WHAT ARE THEY TRYING TO STEAL? Start with any progressive or libertarian premise and try to figure out what they’re trying to steal. It doesn’t take much. Start with any conservative premise and try to figure out what they’re trying to stop people from stealing. It doesn’t take much. THat’s it.

It Can Be Done
Mar 24, 2020, 3:59 PM by Luke Weinhagen I am not sure one cannot end the lies. The commons have become a threat through parasitism in neglect. Libertarianism is a passive defense response to the parasitism of the progressive left and the inefficacy of the negligent right (conservative is active, negligence is passive – I am taking the word back). That passivity lets everyone else frame the discourse (with lies) and leaves the libertarian in a position where all they can do is response in kind. Instead of being parasites, they are scavengers. All that exists for them to scavenge now is lies. Shift those we can out of passive into active. Shift them into ownership in property in all its forms. Transform the commons from threat they don’t know how to defend themselves against to asset they benefit from ownership in and frame for libertarian lies disappears.

Predators and Parasites
Mar 28, 2020, 3:52 PM
“We’re apex predators. The problem is they’re apex parasites. Parasites are the most effective weapon against apex predators.”
That’s the narrative. How does one obtain restitution from the parasite?

What Is the Source of Morality if Not Xxxx?
Mar 31, 2020, 5:27 PM Very simple logic. Why should the strong not conquer, rape, pillage, and murder the weak? Because cooperation and numbers can be more rewarding over the long term. When are cooperation and numbers more rewarding than conquest, rape, pillage, and murder? When behavior is reciprocal. What does reciprocal mean? Do nothing that imposes costs upon the demonstrated interests of others either directly or indirectly – and conquer, rape, pillage, and murder anyone who does. And how do I do nothing that imposes costs upon the demonstrated interests of others either directly, or indirectly? Limit your display word and deed to productive, fully informed, voluntary transfer of demonstrated interests, free of imposition of costs upon the demonstrated interests of others by externality, The consequence: the most moral condition humanity can possibly create. Such men are the gods among men.

P Increases the Scope of The Crime of Baiting Into Hazard
May 7, 2020, 8:32 AM The lender baits you into hazard, not the manufacturer. cash in hand is a present demonstrated capacity. credit is a prediction of future demonstrated capacity. So we don’t confuse ideals (omniscience) with due diligence and statistics free of arbitrage. Where arbitrage is charging It’s reciprocal as long as it’s fully informed. (we also included right to repair – which would increase the price of the car and decrease the price of maintenance.) creditworthiness is an actuarial science, and with linear returns and without loss-arbitrage, problem disappears. If it wasn’t in one’s self interest one wouldn’t do it. The court can’t determine self interest (via positiva) it can only determine harm. Courts do not determine ‘good’ (that’s choice) they determine harm. The Labor of rule of law is divided by design: Monarchy, Military, Law, Government, Court, Individual. And that law produces limits on monarchy, military, Government, court, and the individual.
- The individual produces agreements (good, specific).
- Court produces rulings (bad, specific),
- Government produces legislation (good and general),
- The military produces commands (necessary specific crisis)
- In UK Monarchy for when all fail. Monarchy is above the law. (Specific Crisis)
The foundation of contract law is reciprocity, and irreciprocal contracts will not be enforced by the court. The problem is the court’s definition of irreciprocity favors personal choice and consequence rather than legal defense from baiting into hazard. P increases the scope of the law to cover both false promise, and baiting into hazard, at contractual ( private contracts ) and political ( contracts of the commons ) scales. This is the weakness in the current law. (Imagine what would happen if we kept credit ratings, but ended debt collection. We might not have to do anything else.)

Best illustration of the Arab expansion and it’s causes.

The IE’s, the Arabs, the Mongols, the Germans (tanks) all used the same strategy. Maneuver.
- Domestic forces attack blue power and transport.
- Chinese forces attack command and control
- Russian propaganda attacks gov’t legitimacy
- Population demands calm at any cost.
Federal government gives into demands.
