  • Hierarchy of Knowledge?

–“Curt, what’s the hierarchy of knowledge?”–

[H]uman Logical facility (constant relations) > language (grammar facility, grammar, metaphysics, paradigm, vocabulary) > logics > math > physics(physics, chemistry) > biology (biochemistry, biology, ecology) > sentience (neurology, cognitive science) > psychology (incentives, biases) > sociology > regulation (norms, manners traditions, ethics, morals, laws) > Institutions > group strategy > aesthetics (preference ) > Storytelling (Testimony, Narration, Storytelling) > The Fork > … Physical: Science > Pseudomathematics > Pseudoscience > Magic … Verbal: Philosophy > Sophistry > Idealism > Surrealism … Emotional: History > Mythology > Theology > Occult As far as I know, science (formal, physical, human) has fully replaced philosophy in all ‘truth’ claims, and philosophy is left limited to  ‘preference’ claims. I am pretty sure it was Max Weber who said something along the lines ‘Eventually every discipline will be reduced to calculation’. All truth can be. Only choice cannot be.

@Coronakrise5 @bishkebab3 A grammar consists of a paradigm of permissible dimensions, a vocabulary, and the logic that results. So accounting, geometry, chemistry, and natural law are different grammars. Humans have developed grammars that are deflationary, descriptive testimonial, inflationary, and deceit.

  • Everyone in the future will practice some version of P-logic and law becuase it

Everyone in the future will practice some version of P-logic and law becuase it solves the problem of extending the formal (logical), and physical (material) sciences into the human (metaphysics, language, psychology, sociology, ethics, politics, and law) as a single logic.

But it’s one thing to explain logic, programming, calculus, relativity, or quantum mechanics and to PRACTICE it as a means of reasoning so that you UNDERSTAND IT. P-law consists of a profound innovation merging cognitive science, programmatic logic, accounting, economics, and law.

  • The Most Developed Country?

—“Q: Which is the most developed country of the world?”—

GREATER GERMANIA (States of the Holy Roman Empire, plus the Nordics.) MEASUREMENT “Developed” requires measurement of the demographic, informational, normative, traditional, institutional, economic, technological question OFFSET by population decline, dysgenia (decline in human capital), immigration of declines in human capital. CAUSES A small homogenous population, with a long history of market and agrarian eugenics, in a reasonably large territory, with few local competitors, needing limited military expenditure, and because of a history of market and agrarian eugenics and therefore possessed of superior demographics, can produce sufficient surplus, to continuously improve human capital (cultural indoctrination, education, training, successful production, research, development), and to produce sufficient commons to maintain those people, and maintain economic competition. WHY GERMANIA? Norway has oil. Switzerland has banking. Even so, Greater Germania is most developed: Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Finland. Why? Emphasis on Quality (Excellence) at all levels of the society; Highest Trust(and justified) in the World; Cultural predisposition to Duty; Cultural predisposition to hierarchy. WHY NOT THE ANGLOSPHERE? Germania is Followed by the anglosphere (UK, CA, NZ, USA, with USA’s higher credit capacity, lower taxes, and higher consumption masking its lack of development. Empires always destroy the home population, and the Anglosphere (British Empire) is paying the cost of empires seeking profits at the expense of the natural population that birthed them. If not for a tiny number of companies Apple, Google, Facebook, Amazon, Netflix, Microsoft)) is rapidly becoming a 3rd world country because it is only now 1/2 European, and 40% black or Hispanic or ‘other’ third world peoples. USA will be a second if not third world country by 2050, even if it preserves a viable military – and Mexico and mexican-Hispanic peoples will be the dominant majority -effectively reconquering the south and southwest. Why? Women voters. The pill. No-fault divorce, Financialization to defeat the soviets, Jewish sponsorship of immigration, the academic undermining of European civilization to advance their one-world socialism, the export of research, technology and industry to China, import of Hispanic assembly and manual labor and export of assembly labor to Mexico.

  • No the Constitution and Anglo Law Are Not Philosophical – They’re Empirical

—“What is the significance of a philosophical approach to the constitution?”—

1 – Contrary to popular belief, the constitution is not a philosophical document. 2 – Contrary to popular belief, the common law is not a philosophical discipline. 3 – The natural law of tort (demonstrated interests) is purely empirical (scientific). It’s not philosophical. Philosophers only sought to explain it. We discovered it by adjudicating differences in order to end conflicts and to ‘keep the peace’ meaning ‘cooperation between members of the community’ – in particular to prevent retaliation cycles (feuds). This is why the first laws do not state the law, they only standardize punishments – because the law existed, everyone knew the laws – they’re common sense. But the variation in punishments created retaliation cycles (feuds). A standard punishment demands the community enforce the punishment as ‘settlement of differences’ and ensure both parties against further feuds. 4 – This law is predicated on self-determination, individual sovereignty to achieve it, reciprocity to maintain it, jury and court to decide it, and markets in all aspects of life as a consequence of it. (This is what other civs can’t do – get past familism or tribalism) 5 – The constitution presumes the common law (not positive law), and articulates a market for the production of commons. It’s just another marketplace. 6 – The constitution contains processes for transactional modification of that marketplace. The bill of rights shouldn’t be necessary (and many of the founders didn’t think so) but their failure was to define the common law sufficiently that rights weren’t necessary. 7 – A constitution is a contract that produces a ledger for transactions under the rule of law of natural law of tort. it’s a recipe for running a legal accounting system, for the production of contracts under the natural law of tort. The ‘philosophical’ claims about the constitution are relatively recent attempts to undermine it and end rule of law. It’s the most boring empirical system known by man – which is why no other people in the world have constitutions – only ‘documents of nice words’.
