    Your Legal staff, your accountants, and your project management office have a lot in common. Their creativity is applied to what we commonly call ‘efficiency’.

    Your CTO, Your CCO (Creative Director), your CMO, and your CSO (head of sales, business development, and strategic partnerships) should be searching for recombinative opportunities that can be seized on behalf of your revenue stream and your customers. and the retention of your customers. These functions serve the purpose of creating opportunities. We call this ‘creativity’.

    But to claim the search for efficiency is not a creative act is not quite correct, and can be both disincentivizing and demoralizing for those people who must find creative means of efficiently producing outputs at the lowest cost.

    And the same applies to the ‘creative’ side of the house, whose job it is to identify, create, and seize opportunities at the lower cost, producing potential that can be efficiently converted into asset, product, service, and revenue.

    And within your technology team, it is actually a lot better to limit the number of inspiring creatives and increase the number of guys ‘who get things done’. The superstar model actually doesn’t work unless you have google levels of money to throw around, because it’s not clear that those people are actually better at production – at all. They just are good to have in the queue as a rapidly growing company. And moreover, if you’re large, it’s better that they’re working for you than for a potential competitor.

    So why do I want to get this across? WEll, because a lot of entrepreneurs are looking for entrepreneurial peers. But that’s actually not so good an idea. ideas are cheap and expensive. Execution is what separates men from boys – survival from suicide.

      There is nothing in the bible that made the church good. They could have read greek legends and done good with them. It’s the ritual that matters, not the content. What’s the difference between the Apostles, the Council of Nicaea, The Pulpit, and Boaz/Freud/Marx, The Frankfurt School, the Media? Nothing The Apostles, the Council of Nicaea, The Pulpit, were invented to defeat the aristocracy using false promises to rally women and proles. Boaz/Freud/Marx, The Frankfurt School, the Media were used to defeat aristocracy, by using false promises to rally women and proles.

    Cultural Marxism and Postmodernism are nothing more than an attempt to use secular language as ancients used mysticism: for deceit. The western tradition consists is in heroism, empiricism, the oath (truth and non parasitism), the common judge discovered law, the jury. But now, it‘s biting them in the ass. Racialized protests at campuses across North America last summer exposed affirmative action for the sham that it is, as unqualified, ungrateful, and unruly minorities made messes and antagonized serious faculty and students.

    Enrollment at Mizzou is plummeting. Apparently, no one wants to attend an institution which is self-evidently little more than a holding pen for hood rats, where they’re goaded and whipped into a frenzy of envy, entitlement, and enmity, by Marxist intellectuals before being released back into the real world to afflict it. One can only hope that forthcoming numbers from Yale, Princeton, Georgetown, and others, show similar trends. Meanwhile, exploding student debt, and the increasingly obvious bankruptcy and worthlessness of college degrees that mean little more than that their recipients are easy marks, willing to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars that they don’t have to study bullshit that nobody needs in exchange for credentials that everyone has, is further eroding the credibility and appeal of these fraudulent institutions. Sooner or later the whole house of cards will come tumbling down. And when the money runs out, and the music stops, these bullshit factories are going to start going bust or belly up. It’s going to be a beautiful sight. And we can only hope there will be plenty of people willing to throw some gasoline on the fire, preferably literally.

    At present we have traditionalists that don’t understand the content of their traditions, only that through mandatory indoctrination and ritual do we behave aristocratically – in the western tradition.

    The Patriarchy for example, is popular primarily by appeal to traditional (aristocratic) aesthetics. Under the assumption that the church was the originator rather than the recipient and beneficiary of the aristocratic tradition.

    The Traditionalists do the same. But the church is just a temple for the weak side of the aristocracy. It’s not that we don’t need our great temples, and that we don’t need our great artistic achievements, but that

    My point is not to demean the church or advocate for atheism (individualsm) rather than a civic religion (familialism). Nor is it to deny that commercial empires have been as damaging for western civilization as has been our great wars, and our invasion by christian mysticism.

    My point is that we can create a civic religion out of truthful content rather than lies. Why? We do not need to appeal to a fantastic utopia that may be the home of false gods.

    WE MADE THAT UTOPIA EXISTENTIAL BY OUR ANCESTORS ACTIONS.

    We need no gods. Only heroes. And we have legions of them.
