A number of dependencies require clarification to answer this question: 0 – There is only one law in tort: reciprocity. 1 – The test of property is investment. 2 – The court is reluctant to transfer title (possession) and make itself a participant in a crime – which would harm the law, the people, and the profession. 3 – Because of evolution of our civilization, earlier cases are always more ‘rudimentary’, with law ‘cumulative’ (increasing in complexity with the complexity of the division of knowledge and labor) 4 – Judges are ‘informed’ by prior decisions so that they don’t have to do all the work all over again of being smarter than all other judges in all other matters (they consult the market for judgements). 5 – Because of the competition between judges over time in a multitude of similar cases, the market for decisions tends to resolve on constant judgements. (more than tends, actually) just as markets for goods resolve on prices, just as markets for scientific knowledge resolve on theories. 6 – Original criteria (sovereignty, reciprocity, property etc) developed over time, such that what we understand today (investment, reciprocity, voluntary transfer etc) is the result of the empirically cumulative record of judgements over time rather than design. (See the three books on the law in my reading list which discuss the ‘messy’ evolution of the common law.) … – Milsom: Natural History of the Common Law. … – Plucknett: A Concise History Of The Common Law. … – Hayekâs: The Constitution of Liberty. 7 – The common law evolved because of ancient western indo european (european) sovereignty, truth, duty, and militia (everyone fights) is the principle difference between civilizations, and because the west consists of kinship and shareholder militias federating into armies. HOWEVER 8 – The state began interfering (disintermediating) in the common law in the late middle ages in order to enforce the king’s policy when unifying territory. this is the primary reason for law codes: consolidation of different groups and territories by producing standard weights and measures of justice (conflict resolution). 9 – Under both Roman Law, Divine Right, and Democracy, legislatures have sought to corrupt common law (tort) into a single ‘non logical’ law. Rather than that tort always remains, and all legislation and regulation must maintain the law of torh (reciprocity). 10 – this was exacerbated by the juridical relativists (american) in the 1800’s particularly in response to the suppression of the south after the civil war, and in the 1900’s by the jewish and ne protestant attempt to undermine the constitution in order to bring about socialism. 11 – Worse, the american constitution would require: (a) An explicit declaration of reciprocity as the basis of all law. (b) The inviolability of tort and therefore reciprocity. (c) The binding of the legislature to tor (contract production not law production.) (d) The requirement that such law be strictly constructed (justified as adherent to tort, and reciprocity) (e) That any legislation (contract of the commons) pass the court as lawful (in other words, all legislation is immediately subject to suit) (f) That the court require legislators revise legislation found faulty, rather than ‘creating’ new legislation from the bench (not law). (Legislation must be returned to the legislature who has only so many days before (g) That the monarchy (or ‘president’ or ‘nobility’ or ‘people’ or whatever) possess rights of veto over any and all legislation. So, I think I have pretty thoroughly answered the question of the origination and method and means of correction. I hope this helps. Curt.

I’ll support them because they are my people. And I will love them even if they are misguided. But between heroes of history – Generals, Inventors, Scientists, Thinkers, Artists – the european heathen and pagan cults of Sky Father’s family and Odin’s family, and the indian cults of the wisdom lit, and the Wisdom of Confucius and Lao Tzu versus the entire corpus of the semitic (fecal material) of judaism, christianity, and islam, I can tolerate everything except the last – the literature of those who lie. There is no religion superior to the history of a successful people, and nothing to worship more than our ancestors. There are five rules of christianity that that serve the interests of the poor and I will accept these five rules – and nothing else. I will not give attention, voice, time, or merit to the stories, rules, laws, heroes or god of our ancient enemies. But I understand that once addicted one cannot give up the drug. Stoicism for all. Law for the aristocracy, science for the professionals, literature for the middle, and religion for the bottom, and it appears nothing can change this. We need literature that matches our agency – otherwise it is of no use.

[N]o, because christianity requires you believe and testify to belief in magic man nonsense and while some people can do this in exchange for community comforts, the rest of us understand it is just fairy stories for the weak, for women, and children, to help them sleep at night despite their universal powerlessness. We can however understand the 5 rules of christianity, the 6 rules of heathenism, and the 8 rules of aryanism (our group’s strategy) as simply scientific, and we can thank our universe, our ancestors, and each other for creating and giving us all three, and train our children to likewise give thanks (carry the debt) of all three. Religions create debts that transfer between generations, and in doing so train one another to carry the same debts (behaviors). In exchange we obtain neural economy (reduction of problems in calculation), and trust economy, and political economy, by reducing internal conflicts to those counter to the debt structure and related payments (behaviors). This is the economics of religion. The problem is that stupid ignorant people need fairy stories and adults who have education and training simply need the truth: Heathenism of the universe, Aryanism of our people, Christianity of our social interactions. and Warriors as insurance of all of the above.

At present we just have the web site, and one class ready, one in production, on in research, and three in draft phase. So you know, it’s going to take us a year at least to fill out the courses. And the ‘marketing stuff’ requires I devote time to researching, getting the stuff produced, finding a fulfillment house, etc… So you know… I”m kinda in that place where I said I wouldn’t put myself again, which is extremely overloaded. So I’m just going to take my time and get things done as they can get done. It takes years to get accreditation. It takes years to build up curriculum. It takes years to find and test out instructors. So I’m playing the long game here, because otherwise I can’t do it. Too much.
