So this is why you have your history:Monopoly bureaucracy and hierarchy, and why we have our history: Markets in everything including government, mediated by our law. This is why we have HIGH TRUST and truth before face, and you have low trust, corruption and face before truth.

@HaiTaoYang9 You fear decentralization because of your past conflicts – but your past conflict was failure to develop the science of law and politics. You chose bureaucracy instead. We pay the price of conflict to develop law and politics and this is why we adapt and invent faster: tolerance.

@HaiTaoYang9 You take pride in ‘unity’ but we understand it is market competition between ‘similar’ people for status that gives them the incentive to invent. There is no reason chinese people cannot compete with western innovation, but we believe collapse and stress will come for all mankind.

@dreadpiratepsl Same as everyone else: rule over heterogeneous polities.

    British/HRE: Country > Nation(Ethnic) > Nation State > Federation (Kin)

This divides the labor by design: Law, Govt, Court, Individual: law produces limits on govt, court, individual. Govt produces legislation (good and general), court produces rulings (bad, specific), the individual produces agreements (good). In UK Monarchy for when all fail.

@YvesBurri @Nationalist7346 Rather stupid statement really, since if it wasn’t in one’s self interest one wouldn’t do it. The court can’t determine self interest (via positiva) it can only determine harm. Courts do not determine ‘good’ (that’s choice) they determine harm.

OUR NEED: REDUCING THE CANON OF THE WEST TO A BIBLE: THE LAW BEYOND WHICH NONE MAY TREAD

    (From OCT 2019) (updated)

The west never had a single bible, but a canon, and that canon was written in multiple frames although the spectrum of scientific, legal, philosophical, normative, literary, and theological.

Philosophy, theology, tradition, are just narratives that explain a group strategy in a grammar of wishes.

Law is the evidence of what actually occurs, not what is wished for.

While we traditionally had rule of law beyond which no leader may tread, we allowed liberalism (even classical liberalism) to violate that traditional law under the presumption that while the monarchy needed be constrained by law, we the people were somehow so special and virtuous we need not be.

Our British Ancestors, Our Founding Fathers, through generations of the English civil wars, sought to reduce that canon to constitution.

But they lacked the skill we developed in the 20th because under programming, the sciences, and the collapse of the philosophical program (yes).

They were successful despite those weaknesses as long as the heroic narrative of the revolution persisted, or what the founders said was dependent upon the moral teachings of the church.

The failure of the church to reform in the face of Darwin and the sciences, the replacement of the church with the academy, the capture of the academy by the immoral left, combined with Anti-whiteness, under guise of privilege, colonialism, and slavery (not unique to whites at all) provided the means of undermining that narrative, by taking advantage of our our christian virtue, our market tolerance, our false claim that man was oppressed rather than domesticated by the aristocracy and markets, and our false presumption that we could create an aristocracy of everyone if they were but given the chance.

We dragged them out of their failed cultures, failed religions, failed institutions, failed governments, and failed civilizations. We dragged them kicking and screaming out of superstition, ignorance, hard labor, poverty, starvation, disease, suffering, child mortality, early death, and the chaos of a hostile nature. And They hate us for it. They work daily to destroy us. They seek to bring their failures to us, not our successes to them. We gave them that chance. And they failed. They failed because are unfit, unwilling, or unable, and undeserving. And they are destroying the monument to mankind that we have made.

So we must complete the Greco-roman-germanic-anglo-American research program and produce that bible in the form of a constitution such that no narrative can undermine it, without causing our retaliation.

We need to create the white law – a rational, scientific, western competitor to Jewish law and Muslim sharia. A strict construction from our founding differences: sovereignty and reciprocity, truth and duty, judge and jury, heroism and excellence, family and commons, and the market for voluntary cooperation in all walks of life – that together produce the social political and economic order most rapidly open to adaptation and innovation.

We need a constitution and a law closed to interpretation open to innovation, but beyond which no man, private, public, or foreign may tread.

And we need to enforce it intolerantly, unforgivingly, and mercilessly, as our ancestors defended themselves by the same means.

Heroism and excellence, The universal militia, Sovereignty, Reciprocity, Truth, and Duty, Judge and Jury, and markets in all aspects of life: association, cooperation, production, reproduction, commons, polities, and war.

That is the secret to western civilization.

    Sovereignty.

And it is our law beyond which none may tread.

    UM. NOPE.

Moral psychology is relationship regulation: moral motives for unity, hierarchy, equality, and proportionality.

Tage S. Rai, Alan Page Fiske

    Published in Psychological review 2011

Genuine moral disagreement exists and is widespread. To understand such disagreement, we must examine the basic kinds of social relationships people construct across cultures and the distinct moral obligations and prohibitions these relationships entail. We extend relational models theory (Fiske, 1991) to identify 4 fundamental and distinct moral motives. Unity is the motive to care for and support the integrity of in-groups by avoiding or eliminating threats of contamination and providing aid and protection based on need or empathic compassion. Hierarchy is the motive to respect rank in social groups where superiors are entitled to deference and respect but must also lead, guide, direct, and protect subordinates. Equality is the motive for balanced, in-kind reciprocity, equal treatment, equal say, and equal opportunity. Proportionality is the motive for rewards and punishments to be proportionate to merit, benefits to be calibrated to contributions, and judgments to be based on a utilitarian calculus of costs and benefits. The 4 moral motives are universal, but cultures, ideologies, and individuals differ in where they activate these motives and how they implement them. Unlike existing theories (Haidt, 2007; Hauser, 2006; Turiel, 1983), relationship regulation theory predicts that any action, including violence, unequal treatment, and “impure” acts, may be perceived as morally correct depending on the moral motive employed and how the relevant social relationship is construed. This approach facilitates clearer understanding of moral perspectives we disagree with and provides a template for how to influence moral motives and practices in the world.

  • WHY DO GOVERNMENTS AND COURTS AND MARKETS AND MILITIAS EXIST? (b/c Multipliers)

WHY DO GOVERNMENTS AND COURTS AND MARKETS AND MILITIAS EXIST? (b/c Multipliers)

Government creates a market for central corruption in exchange for suppression of local corruption, with the dividend for the citizenry produced by reduced transaction costs and increased economic velocity, producing reduced costs. That’s what government does. That’s why we have it. That’s why it’s required.

Conversely, the court, using law of tort, creates a market for the suppression of market corruption and government corruption as long as law is equally applied to all – except the judge of last resort (Monarch) in extreme circumstances.

So governments use force to collect taxes, to pay for the suppression of local free riding, corruption, and crime, and external military, economic, informational, and demographic warfare.

The only fault in this system is lack of universal standing in the prosecution of the members of the government, the court, and their agents.

Which is why we must have the militia to demand that universal standing, and the enforcement of our law of tort.

    ALTERNATIVE GOVERNMENT

I know I’ve focused on markets and decentralization but I haven’t taken it as far as the ancients and medievals.

During the pre-state, ancient and medieval periods, our tri-functionalism manifested in interesting divisions of labor.

In the ancient period the temples and priests served as banks. Education was a private and commercial activity. The military ruled, and the law regulated military, commerce, and religion.

In the middle ages, the church collected tithes, the state collected taxes. the commercial sector collected profits. They law was a profession of varying degrees of respect – with judges always due respect.

In the modern period we have collapsed church, education, commerce, government, and military into a single political body: the government – A Monopoly.

But the temporal division of labor between church-education-family, commerce-banking-finance, and miltary-strategy-infrastructure, as well as the capital each measures is different.

What about three separately funded? 1) the military, judiciary, and sheriffs from taxes, 2) The treasury and infrastructure from income on investments; and 3) social services from ‘tithes’ (taxes). This would assist in de-politicizing the polity.

( I had tried very hard to discover a means to return the family: banking, education, and healthcare to the church but fundamentalists have made this impossible. )
