    The problem is quite simple. It’s just unpleasant. But the universe is not kind. It has no mercy. And science tells us uncomfortable truths.

    if you cannot find a means of survival in the market, and others can do so but at lower prices, humanity does not need you. If humanity does not need you then your only choice is to find a means to make your nation, region, tribe, kin, or family need you. The problem with any MONOPOLY order (Fascist, Libertarian, Socialist), and the problem we created in the enlightenment promise that all people could join the middle upper middle, or aristocratic classes, if we expanded either the authoritarian, market, or socialist forms of economy. Instead, we need economies for each of the major classes, because we need to organize each of those classes differently. So monopolies, even monopoly democracy (majoritarianism) turns out to be the problem rather than the solution to the differences in the productivity of the estates of the realm (martial-order, burger-managemnet, craftsman-producer).

    There exist only three possible axes of coercion:

    – Violence:Law,

    – Bribery: Markets and Insurance

    – Fraud: Religion, Propaganda, and Deceit

    There exist only three axes of cooperation:

    – Parasitism:Takings,

    – Exchange:Markets,

    – Avoidance:Boycott

    There exist only three rational axes:

    – Predation when possible (immorality),

    – Exchange when Possible (morality);

    – Avoidance when possible (amorality).

    There exist only three methods of negotiation on cooperation.

    – Truth(science), Truthfulness, Honesty

    – Falsehood: Error, Bias, wishful thinking, suggestion/framing/loading, overloading/pseudoscience/pseudorationalism/propaganda, and deceit.

    – Silence.

    There exist only three axes of Organization

    – Predation(parasitism,

    – Exchange(production),

    – Separation (resistance)

    There exist only three possible axes of decidability for cooperative organizations:

    – Deliberate Selection via Authoritarianism (Fascism)

    – Pragmatic Eugenic Meritocracy (Markets)

    – Dysgenic Malthusian Equalitarianism (Socialism)

    The earth tells us a very clear, very obvious, very loud message: there are too many of us. Humans are not precious or special or valuable or intrinsically good. We are rational super predators organized by the application of violence and law, market and productivity, and norm and family.

    Then kinship rule is simply the means by which we accumulate quality capital.

    Assuming that taxes are used for the purpose of the creation and defense of the full spectrum of markets. And assuming we have juridical defense against taxes not used in creation and defense of those markets. And assuming that tax competition exists by freedom of exit and absence of collusion. And assuming one of the markets constructed is a market for commons. Then taxes are merely a commission on the use of violence to construct markets that enforce production and deny parasitism.

    In other words, the Aristocracy may profit via commissions on the construction, maintenance, and defense of markets just like the provider of any other form of good, service, or information.

    In fact, the wealth created by profits from the construction, maintenance and defense of markets, is possibly the most morally defensible form of profit a man, family, and clan, tribe, and race can demonstrate.

    So again, the libertarians, classical liberals, and progressive liberals, and Marxist socialist have been wrong. While the liberation from the mysticism of the church by the scientific enlightenment has been a boon for man, the attempts by the various other classes to create monopolies favoring their classes rather than markets for the cooperation between the classes, has been predicated on moral falsehoods, pseudoscience, and outright lies.

    Like the Spartans, Athenians, Romans, Germans, French, we must rule for our betterment and the betterment of man, or be ruled against our interests, and against the interests of man.

    Not only should we tax. We should revel in our taxes. We should maximize the returns on our shares. And continue to profit from the incremental domestication and eventual transcendence of man.

    We were mistaken. We need NO OTHER CAREER than rule. Rule and fee for rule, by commission on successful rule, is perhaps the greatest of our achievements, and a means by which we have, can, and shall profit.

    What must we do to return to rule?

    Restore Rule of Natural Law (Science)

    Restore the Judiciary. (Rule of Law)

    Restore the Monarchy. (Judge of last resort)

    Restore the Nobility (Governors)

    Restore the Knights (Regiments)

    Restore the Sheriffs. (Police)

    Restore the Militia (disaster, emergency, war)

    Restore the Artisans (artists and craftsmen)

    Restore the Laborers (of the commons)

    Restore the market for marriage

    Restore the market for commons

    Restore the market for rule.

They simply look across the border at poland, and talk to their relatives in poland and they look at the buildings built by the poles and the austrians, and they look at the slums the russians built, and they look at their history at the former moral people the russians destroyed through propaganda and distrust, and they look at the family members that the russians made ‘disappear’ and they listen to the lies russians broadcast on the media to their relatives in russia, and they watch their president destroy their military, and personal corruption (privatization of the commons) on putin’s scale, and they live with the conspiracy between the oligarchs and their puppets in government, and they realize that entry into european union means that this corruption and parasitism and russian-gangsterism (which is the russian, mongol, and boyar form of government) and they say that the only thing preventing them from tripling their standard of living, and escaping their painful poverty, is joining the EU.

    They know they need rule of law. But they have not yet understood that the only way to get it is to kill enough politicians and oligarchs that there is no competition for rule of law from rule of corruption.

    And anyone who says otherwise is not only a fool but a liar.
