I would generally argue for german as the optimum language other than it’s one problem with grammar. But it turns out that english vocabulary produces measuremetns that are less ambiguous – meaning higher context independence.

English for a variety of reasons is both scientific and legal because in germanic civ, law and science are synonyms (testimony).

They vary in precision, because of grammatical differences, vocabulary, and metaphysical presumptions of the cultures that speak the language. So german superiority at psychology, italian at aesthetics, french at values, russian at suffering etc.
