  • We Must Correct Our Error. We Begin and End with The Militia.

We must discard our belief that sovereignty, reciprocity, monarchies, houses, and an independent jury cannot be improved upon. The uncomfortable truth is that either the militia owns the state, the military owns the state, or the bureaucracy owns the state, or the church(academy) owns the state. Or the financial sector owns the state. The only equality of intersets in that list is the MILITIA. Western civilization begins and ends with the militia. This is how you distinguish between a conservative and a libertarian. Those who fight, and those who preach.

    @Michael Shermer

When you start the 1st Mars colony @elonmusk what documents would you recommend using to establish a governing system? U.S. Constitution/Bill of Rights? Universal Declaration of Human Rights? Humanist Manifesto? Atlas Shrugged? Against the State: An Anarcho-Capitalist Manifesto?

    @elonmusk

    Replying to @michaelshermer

Direct democracy by the people. Laws must be short, as there is trickery in length. Automatic expiration of rules to prevent death by bureaucracy. Any rule can be removed by 40% of people to overcome inertia. Freedom.

    1) One cannot make law only discover applications of reciprocity, since the only ‘law’ of cooperation is reciprocity.

    2) One can construct legislation as a contract between members of the polity, and legislation must be strictly constructed in operational terms from reciprocity.

    3) Commons and Norms the require defense must be enumerated.

    4) All contracts must expire within the working lifetime of the enactors.

    5) Apply all fees to ends. Prohibit pooling of funds (and therefore discretion).

    6) Non-retroactivity, Universal Applicability, and Universal Standing, and in particular, Universal Standing in matters of the Commons (prevents circumvention of the judiciary as a limit on markets and therefore prevent possibility of corruption.)

    7) Simplicity (brevity) will result from the practice of 1-6.

    8) Closing: most problems with common law of tort arose because the state intervened in the law, and deprived the citizenry of standing in matters of the commons. (See England, Coal, Mills).

  • “A warrior is someone’s child who hasn’t grown up and who can’t share the world

—“A warrior is someone’s child who hasn’t grown up and who can’t share the world with others and must force his will on others. Humans are ALL from an anarchist order where collective decisions are made by direct consensus of tbe entire community. Amarchy isn’t where no one is in charge, it’s where everyone is in charge.”—

Did your mommy tell you that fairy story? Are you the child of a single mother? Are you a lower prole?

Men rule. Because if they dont, even worse men will rule.

And we obtain rule, and preserve rule, by violence, and violence alone.

The natural order is that the strong kill, enslave, and enserf the weak. The unnatural order is civilization.

Which is why we have so many institutions to try to preserve it.

Warriors are usually happy to allow you your fantasies. but never assume for a moment that you are other than the property of some group of men who find greater utility in your freedom than the higher cost of your enserfment or enslavement.

He who can destroy a thing, owns the thing. Everything else is permission.

This is typical British (whiny) moralism. The question is, whether any alternative order would produce better conditions. And given that brits are by and large privileged, lazy coddled, flaccid, overweight whiners unable to protect themselves from invasion it seems appropriate that ‘betters’ treat such children as they warrant.

The descendants of those normans still have higher IQ’s higher incomes, less class rotation, and created the greatest and most beneficial empire since the Roman Peace.

And if not for them it’s quite possible the island would have had the same third world economy as did ireland.

    Stop whining and work harder.

It’s not a coincidence that Brits and Indians make the same pathetic laments:

    Indians: The British did it!

The Brits: The Normans Did it!

Just like the Bretons said “The Anglo Saxons Did It”,

just like their ancestors said “The Romans Did It!”.

Now look at what Britain did to Germany – when by all accounts Germany was in the right in both wars. I mean, it’s like brits can’t do anything right … including have the courage to talk to women in a bar.

Meanwhile we Americans wish we still had the monarchy, the lords, the parliament, instead of this catastrophe we have over here. And we have to face the fact that our ‘revolution’ was just to escape paying the taxes to pay for the war to defend us. Just as we have to face the fact that our civil war was over who would control the newly obtained western territories.

  • “A doctrine of the state can only propose values to test the elective affinities

—“A doctrine of the state can only propose values to test the elective affinities and the dominant or latent vocations of a nation. If a people cannot or does not want to acknowledge the values that we have called ‘traditional’, and which define a true Right, it deserves to be left to itself. At most, we can point out to it the illusions and suggestions of which it has been or is the victim, which are due to a general action which has often been systematically organised, and to regressive processes. If not even this leads to a sensible result, this people will suffer the fate that it has created, by making use of its ‘liberty’.” ― Julius Evola

I mean, this is a great example. Define “true right”, Tradition and Traditional. And do so in a way that does not require men of knowledge of the universe to repeat sophisms or submit to fairy stories.

We cannot uninvent knowledge of the world that gives us our dominion over it and return to prior states of ignorance. We must create prior VALUE SYSTEMS out of new language, not old.

Silly old men try to restore the past. Those of us with some teaspoon of wisdom merely take lessons of past and present and propose solutions to old problems in the framing of the present.

You may choose whatever you want once we are separated. Otherwise the only solution is war.
