We don’t track the cost of migration, real estate, rents, policing, civic wear and tear, caused by the criminal and mentally ill people. So we pay either way. Wishful thinking is just ‘hiding’ the costs. Conversely, what do we pay for ‘housing’ the poor and elderly via Medicare-Medicaid and Social Security? It’s more than 1/3 of all taxation.

Just ask anyone on the left what costs they are not accounting for? The end result is that it’s ok for them to steal in order to get what they percieve (but do not calculate) is their fair (inflated) share of that which they didn’t earn, but ituit that they did by ‘going along’.

@Michell88086442 No. I see a very near future with massive apartment construction on Soviet and Chinese scales, because the market can’t do it and there won’t be enough income for people to pay for housing. That’s what I’m expecting. Financial sector will be crucified in this next correction.
