    The citizen demands permission to fight alone in the ruthless struggle for existence, for this is the only way he can satisfy his Viking instincts.

    Buckle, Malthus, and Darwin later postulated that the basic essence of “society” was the naked struggle for existence. And they were absolutely right, at least as far as their own country and people were concerned.

    To be sure, in modern England this principle operates in a highly refined and perfected fashion.

    But evidence of a more rudimentary adherence to it can be found in the Icelandic sagas, where such behavior is obviously spontaneous and not borrowed from another culture.

    The forces with which William the Conqueror took England in 1066 could be called a “society” of knightly adventurers, and English trading companies have subdued and expropriated entire countries—most recently, since 1390, the inland regions of South Africa. Gradually the entire English nation assumed the characteristics of a “society.”

    The Old Norse instinct for piracy and clever trading has, in the end. influenced the Englishman’s attitude toward all of reality, including property, work, foreign peoples, and the weaker individuals and classes among his own people. The same instinct has also yielded political techniques that are extremely effective weapons in the struggle for mastery of the globe.

    A concept complementary to that of “society” is the “private citizen.” He represents the sum of certain positive ethical qualities which like all great. ethical virtues are not acquired through training or education, but are borne in the blood and perfected after “passing through generation after generation.

    The peculiarly English style of politics is essentially one that involves private citizens or groups of such individuals. This, and only this, is the very meaning of parliamentary government.

    Cecil Rhodes was a private citizen who conquered foreign countries. The American billionaires are private citizens who rule foreign countries by means of an inferior class of professional politicians.

    German liberalism, on the other hand, is ethically valueless. It merely says “No!” to the state, and is unable to justify its opposition by offering equally high-minded and vigorous positive- suggestions.”— Spengler

    It’s not race, per se, since any race can produce excellences. It’s neotonic selection (speciation), and distributions. So the problem is that homo-sapiens-sapiens races and subraces, nations and communities vary by (a) the amount of reproductive domestication by neotonic selection of the ‘animal’ man, and (b) the success or failure at reducing the size of the underclasses (less fit, less desirable, less productive).

    Europeans and east asians were the most successful at both. We could even argue easily that the east asians have taken it too far. IQ and lack of Impulsivity are the result of neotonic selection of females by males, and selection of males with demonstrated ability to climb the dominance hierarchy by females. By the use of marriage and farming we have been able to control this process in the east and west but not in the rest.

    The success of the chinese, korean and japanese, like that of the europeans, nordics, and british, is relative isolation from the population pressures of the under domesticated peoples of the steppe and desert. Worse, it is far harder to cleanse a gene pool than we had imagined. So pollution of high trust, highly neotenic, high-iq gene pools is extremely costly and nearly impossible to reverse without deliberate eugenic programs.

    And that is still at large scale. We still do not know the subtle differences between groups. Whites and east asians are ‘special’. At least among the middle and lower asians and whites, cross breeding apparently produces benefits for both.

    Bte even between advanced subraces, whites differ from east asians in inverting our specializations in verbal and spatial. And It appears that we can out-breed the bad behavior out of the Ashkenazi, but it is almost impossible to lose the feminine traits, even if it is possible to retain the extra verbal abilities.

    So I do not think markets solve the problem at scale and in cities like markets solve the problem in small agrarian communities, because it is easy to observe subtle differences between people who are similar and to produce excellences, and it is harder to produce excellences when differences are not subtle. Because are limited in our discretionary ability. Men are less discriminate and women discriminate by status. So it appears that the best reproductive strategy is upward redistribution of reproduction, and culling of the bottom through through sterilization or one-child policy, near-breeding, and miscegenation, all of which will lead to ‘higher experimentation’ which is the advantage of all market innovation.

    Bad, but not as bad as arab peoples. Not as bad as sub-saharan african peoples.

    General confusion is R1B genetic origin in afghanistan; advances in R1B due to pedomorphic selection in ukraine; cultural, and technological components all define ‘aryans’. In general, we use the term ‘caucasian’ for the race, european, iranian, and indian for the subraces, ’aryans’ for the cultural change to militaristic sky worshippers, and their use of technological innovation of Russo-ukrainian horse, european wheel, and anatolian/iranian bronze.

    Evidence is that europeans (more neotonically advanced) moved west into ukraine and poland, and indo-iranians defeated those that remained in the ukaine-russia region, then the europeans re-conquered the ukraine-russia region, and drove the iranians out, but the original cultures of the region had been destroyed.

    This left europeans to expand west, the iranians to branch into most of the caucasian peoples, and the indians outbred with the dravidians and largely gone through full integration.

    Let me close with the fact that the West, the Russians, the Chinese all consider India having a serious problem with pseudoscience in this matter. India and South America have demonstrated the consequences of collision between major racial groups with different levels of pedomorphic development.

    Eastern Civilization: Monopoly Organization, Bureaucracies, and Hierarchy. Conformity to the dominance hierarchy. (meritocratic hierarchy) (permission). Military Strategy: Deception and Defense.

    The reason china developed very slowly over very many centuries into the single largest extended family (ethic group) was by putting a wall around the mainland and defending fertile territories. But this came at the cost of rates of innovation.

    The reason the west developed very quickly in the bronze age, and in the iron age, declined in the Abrahamic (supernatural) age, and developed very quickly in the Modern age, is that there is no faster possible means of reorganizing a society than rule of natural law (reciprocity), markets, meritocracy in all aspects of life: association, production, reproduction, commons production, polity production.

    Whereas any permission or conformity based society like any bureaucracy, calcifies and developes fragility over time.

    These few paragraphs explain most of world history.
