Code Of Nesilim: Ancient Laws Of The Hittites As many other great ancient civilizations, the Hittites had laws that regulated various aspects of their vast empire. Written somewhere from 1650-1500 BC, the Code of Nesilim was a document that stated ancient laws of the Hittites. One of its most significant topics concerned the treatment of slaves. The Hittites ruled the central Anatolian kingdom of Hatti from c. 1900 – 800 BCE. They formed the earliest known Anatolian civilization and employed an advanced system of government based on an established legal system. Their military was well trained, well equipped, and employed chariots that were the lightest and fastest of their time. The Hittites created Hattusha, the capital of the kingdom, located in Turkey. The Hittite empire reached its height during the mid-14th century BC when it encompassed an area that included most of Asia Minor. After 1180 B.C. the empire came to an end during the Bronze Age collapse. Several independent Neo-Hittite city-states were established and some of them survived until the 8th century BC. The Hittite laws have been preserved on a number of Hittite cuneiform tablets found at Hattusa (CTH 291-292, listing 200 laws). Copies have been found written in Old Hittite as well as in Middle and Late Hittite, indicating that they had validity throughout the duration of the Hittite Empire (ca. 1650–1100 BCE). Compared to the Code of Hammurabi, where death was the punishment for the majority of the offenses described the punishments stated in the Code of Nesilim were not very severe. Some laws in the Code of Nesilim were rather unusual according to modern standards. For example, if a man raped a woman outdoors, he was sentenced to death. However, if the rape happened at home, it was deemed to be the fault of the woman and she was sentenced to die. 1. If anyone slay a man or woman in a quarrel, he shall bring this one. Under the Code of Nesilim, slaves were not treated as human chattel, or property that could be used and abused by their masters however they saw fit. They had a limited number of rights that guaranteed them a level of dignity and protection.

  • Magic, Indo-Europeans and The Taming of The Masses

by Daniel Gurpide (awesome) From an anthropological perspective, traditional magic practices were perfectly adequate to a certain level of development. In this sense, ‘authentic’ magic aims at clarifying a psycho-technique (self-discipline) with a specific goal in mind; it guides man into the appropriate form for a given project. It either prepares man to bear without excessive anxiety the hostile pressures of a universe that he does not yet control, or it helps give free reign to certain instincts and repress others, so that he can accomplish more successfully a certain undertaking. With this type of magic, man had learnt to manipulate himself. He had given himself a self-chosen nature, and had succeeded in his hominisation. Hence, authentic magic constitutes the original ‘know-how’ of human self-domestication, and the domestication of the psyche by consciousness, organised by a science that was born through reflection on the know-how of animal nature. Magic degenerates as soon as it claims to find application to a relation diverse from the one instituted between consciousness and psyche: that is, between man (as living being) and the world (as event), under the wholly imaginary pretext that the human psyche participates in the cause of that event. It then leads to a cosmological theory that is entirely unfounded. On the other hand, where this reflection allows him to isolate the true terms of the ‘magic relation,’ man acquires an exact description of himself and his circumstances, and of the position he occupies within the living world. He transforms himself, from then on, into the domesticator of the living world. Hundreds of thousands of years after hominisation, it was with the Indoeuropean/Neolithic Revolution that another type of man emerges. Having learned what ‘moves’ himself, man tries now to ‘move’ animals and plants according to his wishes and needs. As far as social animals are concerned, he intends to take on a directive role, becoming the leader of the pack. Similarly, having attained a superior consciousness—thanks to the correct understanding of magic—he presents himself as aristocracy in relation to the rest of society and affirms his own sovereignty. With the advent of Indoeuropeans, man’s taming of the living world occurred in parallel to the taming of the mass—by the elite. Hereafter, ‚religion‘ comes to be the ideological system that will serve to ‘tie fast’ society and subject the group to a certain influence. (from Curt: Man began domestication of man, just as he had domesticated Fire, Metal, Plant, and Animal. That is the meaning of aristocracy: parenting (domesticating) the animal (lacking agency) man. )

  • The Secret to Jewish Success: Extreme Feminism

THE CORRECT ANSWER Jews have, more successfully than all other peoples, and somewhat by accident of selective upward redistribution of reproduction, transferred feminine cognitive ability (language and perception) to the males, and male cognitive ability(agency) to females, at the cost of higher rates of homosexuality and mental illness, and lower rates of creativity. (yes, really) This ‘blending’ of traits combines the best of both worlds. The mistake is to think that they are necessarily more exceptional than our most exceptional whites (Anglicans). Anglicans produce higher average IQ. But the Jews produce more outliers because of a wider standard deviation in their distributions. And they practice nepotism on a scale that westerners can’t imagine – the same way women advance their children. There is quite a bit of work studying these things now. So it’s getting much easier to explain the differences. I try to explain Jewish behavior by saying “all Jews are female” and while that’s an exaggeration it does explain the entirety of Jewish success: adopting the female cognitive, collective, and reproductive strategy. This is probably the most explanatory argument available today.

  • We Are At War. We Got What We Let Hostile Peoples Ask For

We are at war. A very nearly hot civil war. A civil war brought about by design, beginning in the postwar period, and one that would not have succeeded in overthrow except for underclass, and particularly Hispanic immigration. All liberal societies pursue commercial interests to the point of undermining the society. This is what separates military (armies) states from trading (naval) states: armies do not tolerate imposition of costs upon the civic order. When at war, people demand generals. And every single time any civilization has pursued liberalism to the point where they undermine the homogeneity of the population they have died at the hands of conflicts between despots. Because only a despot can rule over competing peoples. And we now have at least four hostile demographics in at least ten culturally separate regions. You get what you ask for. We got what we let HOSTILE PEOPLES ask for.

  • Superior Distributions and Ideas

There is no superior race, just superior distributions that make use of superior ideas. The jews, despite being the most literate people in the dark and middle ages (a darkness they contributed to) achieved precisely NOTHING. Every Jewish achievement was made by their nearly forcible indoctrination into aristotelianism, in exchange for integration. They managed to produce the most murderous ideas in ancient history (judaism, christianity, islam), and the most murderous ideas in modern history (marxism), and the pseudosciences and deceits of the modern world (boasianism, fruedianism, cantorian supernaturalism in mathematics, the frankfurt school, and nearly single handedly destroyed both the academy and rule of law. And have nearly destroyed our civilization through the 1965 immigration act, and their continuing efforts at making the world safe for judaism, which roughly translates to turning the world into the levant. The ONLY thinker they have is Einstein and he is overplayed because everything other than the Frame was the product of Europeans – even E=MC^2. He did manage to explain why. But he is their only non-pseudoscentific thinker. There are plenty of minor players, and a masterful effort for nepotism in the awards process. But data is data is data. Europeans did everything worth doing in history and did it faster for the simple reason that we tell the truth, —- and on one else does. So no, I don’t play superiority games, I just look the data. It’s notable that Babbage and Turing were Brits, and the Logicians were frequently Jewish, and so was Chomsky’s grammatical take on Turing. Turns out the logics were a total waste of time – there is no closure. Turns out mathematical set theory (logic) was harmful. Turns out the Grammars have far more to do with Turing than Chomsky. Everything is easily explained by jewish pilpul, pseudoscience, pseudomathematics, and psuedo-logic, versus anglo testimony, science, mathematics, and computation.
