(FB 1550021000 Timestamp) BOOK UPDATE —“When’s the book coming out?”— name of the day. SHORT ANSWER Everything is available free online. The book is a TOME. Do yourself a favor and read what’s online. The book is for ultra nerds and makes wittgenstein look like a conversationalist. If you can’t handle what’s online you certainly can’t handle the book. LONGER ANSWER Like we say in software… when it’s done. (after the courses. demand for the courses created pressure). Besides it’s all online in the overview. The book is just refinement. And I am extremely paranoid about making errors in it. Because I understand it will be under a great deal of scrutiny. Ergo I don’t think the book is much more helpful than what’s online. The overview and over 6000 articles. So I don’t feel as much pressure to publish it as I do provide the courses. And the courses help me further simplify the book. Ergo: we are working on the courses.

My question is: how do you help an aspie kid through childhood relatively unscathed so they can become functioning adults?”–Francis Zhou Home schooling, lots of reading. it’s that simple. MASS EDUCATION IN THE CURRENT MODEL IS VERY VERY VERY BAD FOR YOU!!!!!!! ANSWER BY…. by Luke Weinhagen We are doing this very thing. Homeschooling puts the tools in your hands to teach to where the kids are at, rather than aggravate their disorientation trying to force them into learning styles. Check your local area for support organizations. (for example, this our local coop – https://herohomeschool.org/) We’ve had really good success with the Davis Program supporting the Aspie learning in our house. They put Dyslexia on the same spectrum and have adapted their Dyslexia tools to work with broader aspie kids audience. Their focus is putting the responsibility for learning, and the tools for learning, in the kid’s hands. (https://www.dyslexia.com/ – and – http://www.davisautism.com/) There are other systems out there as well if this one is not a good fit. The important thing is to get your child access to tools they can use. If you are in the US, swing by the Homeschool Legal Defense Association (https://hslda.org) to navigate the laws in your area and get help finding additional resources.

(FB 1550176519 Timestamp) (possibly offensive )(anger over Oxford dumbing down courses for women) Oxford is dumbing down the Classics Degree? We dumbed down the SAT’s so women could have higher scores. We’ve dumbed down the university degrees with gut courses so women will go into debt financing useless degrees. We have dumbed down university professorships so women can teach. We have dumbed down the military fitness and leadership courses so women can compete. We have dumbed down boardrooms so women can serve. We have dumbed down management so women can fit in. Is there an end to what we are going to dumb down so that women can pass?
