(b) john mark is really killing it with his messaging. —“5- Prior to John Marks videos, my first impression of Propertarianism was merely the extension of current law concerning property into other areas of tort law – where my head is now… property is not being “extended” it is being re-defined to anything we build or feel the need to defend. It is an ethical system which has as a first priority honesty, as high truth environments are the most fertile for trade due to their decrease of friction. Friction is avoided if trades meet the fair trade criteria, this is derived from Natural Law and is called Reciprocity. Assumption is if Reciprocity is met, conflict will be avoided. If any or all aspects of reciprocity are violated violence could ins-sue, and likely would with repeat offenses. The system would allow state violence, to enforce the rules of trade, through the courts devised for the particular legal systems for that domain (seems to be that we would need specialists here – less politicians but a lot more lawyers/judges?). Science is our best model for truth telling so we extend that discipline into all domains, and create definitions and a judiciary that can properly administer justice according to the rules of trade in that domain. This leads to a new paradigm of how any defined group can trade in any operational domain. One key notion of the theory I see you have in place is correspondence: the definitions, rules, goals have to be able to be demonstrable, operationalized. This seems is key. I chose the user experience for the purpose of expediency but now that I’m working with it, … i’m reminded of advice I’ve given customers for decades: make sure your code is written by americans…. I mean. that’s pretty much the lesson all-round the world. There must be something culturally insightful in that statement but .. you definitely want code written by americans. It’s probably because americans have been doing it longer, but it’s also because it’s customer service psychology happens to be extremely useful in the production of code. Ergo, will switch to hosting on AWS and using Learndash at some point in the future, and will hand-code the UI instead of using the drag and drop ui (which is what I seem to do pretty much all the time. ))

We are not ignorant as we have been throughout history. We cannot demand those lacking interpersonal, social, economic, political, and military market value survive without the training in mindfulness that makes possible individual, interpersonal, social, economic, political, and military cooperation with others and the benefits that come from it. That would be IRRECIPROCAL. However, we can at the same time limit the external agency of those who lack the agency and market value to use the political process to influence others where such an influence is against the natural law. By the demand for truthful speech in the commons in matters commercial, … we eliminate the incentive to use the untestifiable for profit. By eliminating the need for churches to obtain donations, we likewise eliminate the incentive to use the untestifiable for profit. By demanding the churches warranty their due diligence in the production of education in the personal, interpersonal, social, commercial, financial, economic, political, and military. This will have the effect of driving groups that are hostile to the natural law and to european civilization out of every aspect of life, and make ‘religions’ liable for the actions of their ‘products’: citizens.

The general public needs to understand How to write strictly constructed law? And deflation, disambiguation and serialization, operational semantics and grammar, transactionally expanded sentences, dimensions of testing available to the human mind, the means of warrantying due diligence in both in and across those dimensions? falsificationism vs justificationism? The difference between ontological, axiomatic, and theoretic systems? Why does the public need to understand that? They can’t. The general public doesn’t study formal logic, advanced mathematics, political, institutional, financial or micro economics, the law, engineering, physics, or cognitive science. they use the products of those who do. “For sovereignty, liberty and freedom to exist, the Law must consist of very simple rules.” And there is only one sentence the public needs to understand: “Natural Law, the rights of anglo saxons, the Adams-Jefferson constitution, and western civilization’s success in the ancient, modern, and future worlds, depended and depends upon the continuous production of velocity by the continuous production of agency by the continuous use of sovereignty and reciprocity, truth and duty, law and jury, and markets in association, cooperation, production, reproduction, commons, polities, and group strategy, at the cost of minimizing the rates of reproduction of those unable to contribute to those demands.” They need to understand we can de financialize, de politicize, restore truthful speech in commerce, finance, economics, law, politics, and group evolutionary strategy; restore the civic society and . If so it would be useless. We must not understand how to build any given set of tools, only once built, how to use them within our sphere of agency. Do not assume I am a fool.
