High schools had a special class for girls who were cheerleaders or majorettes, that taught them the rules of basketball and football.

A majorette is a baton twirler whose twirling performance is often accompanied by dance, movement, or gymnastics; they are primarily associated with marching bands during parades.
CHEERLEADER
Cheerleading cheer for their team as a form of encouragement. It can be performed to motivate sports teams, to entertain the audience, or for competition. It can range from chanting slogans to intense physical activity.
You understand of course the purpose is community building and participation in a heroic ritual.

The purpose of full-time education is to provide daycare so that women can enter the workforce so that taxes can be increased eliminating the entirety of their contribution to the economy, and so that the proceeds can be used to fund genetic replacement by reproductive redistribution, and those not replaced have devolved into selfish, jealous, infantilizes unable to govern themselves, family, or polity.
That is the source of hyperconsumption.
