  • Free Speech Means Free TRUTHFUL Speech

—“Free speech is free TRUTHFUL speech. Not carte blanche to spread false allegations, lies, deception, or accusations without a demonstrated attempt at due diligence for truth. You don’t get to be a lying parasite. Your resistance proves your desire for continued parasitism. Under P-Law, truthful speech is always protected. P-Law serves as the Raid for lying deceitful parasites that the left tends to breed like roaches. Your continued slander proves only that you have no real invested time in learning Propertarianism, or do not have the cranial capacity to fully understand Propertarianism. Neither are a good excuse to troll these pages with your ill conceived illogical commentary on a subject matter you clearly have no understanding of… ..”—Clinton McLaggan

    WE ONLY NEED CHOOSE

We don’t agree on what is property by reason.

Those who defend their interests make it property.

Property is demonstrated by defense not argument. πŸ˜‰

Our Genome is our property. Yes. Why? Because we and our ancestors demonstrated interest in it. And we defend it. Therefore it is. Now, you know, we’re happy to get rid of the bottom, as a sacrifice for improving the genomes of others. But that doesn’t mean you can consume our commons. πŸ˜‰

NO SKIN IN THE GAME – NO COMPLAINT

    by Mathew Smith

Hand wringing conservatives are Crypto-liberals, all of them. They all want someone to do the heavy lifting for them, and they won’t be satisfied until they’re instantly gratified.

I would have been there in a heartbeat if I had the means, so I did the next best thing, sharing John’s videos in groups that may not have heard of him before. I plant seeds where opportunities arise (“Oh, you hate Politician X? Wouldn’t it be nice if they could be sued for lying?” <~~this is a great hook btw) and I’ve dedicated a couple livestreams going over the basics of P.

I do what I can, although I’m not the most eloquent speaker. Bringing complaints without offering a solution is just a waste of everyone’s time.Keep up the good work, sir.

(the state’s *evidence* across all of human history, is that people demonstrate the LEAST morality(reciprocity) and the most immorality (free riding, parasitism, rent seeking), that they can get away with – and that taxes were enforced because immorality must be suppressed.)

“THE ABSENCE OF IMPEDIMENTS TO THE DEMONSTRATION OF MERIT”

—“Equality of Opportunity is only theoretically possible in a totalitarian state and even then it is impossible because those with the power to enforce equality of opportunity would be vastly more powerful than the ordinary citizen and would use that power to further entrench themselves and their class in the power hierarchy. … It’s just a dumb idea. “—Scott De Warren

I think the term means “The Absence of Impediments to The Demonstration of Merit”. The left abused it. The right doesn’t.

Western civilization has always provided a path for merit and punishment for the opposite.

.. UPB like all libertarian (half truths), does not state the limit of property, whereas reciprocity does: all demonstrated interests. Note that UPB like rothbardianism doesn’t state the limit. This is why every junior chipmunk agrees with it by suggestion not by testing.

Yes I know you have. But a thing is what it demonstrably does, not what we intend or desire it to do. When need arises it’s the Marines. Question is why can’t the Army do on land what the Marines do instead? Now I know that answer. So do historians. So, why doesn’t it happen?
