    Commonality in the universality of the identical interests in the via negativa. Concurrency in the diversity of competing interests in via positive.

    That’s the equation..

    I’m not sure who Brent is, but at least in my case it’s just a technique for obtaining demonstrated preferences instead of reported – and when your work requires researching and studying lying, it’s the only viable method of doing so that obtains unbiased results. πŸ˜‰

    Hmmm…. Thoughts.

    He can demonstrate the expenditure of energy, demonstrate possession, demonstrate control, but can he demonstrate an interest?

    Interest is a legal term. It refers to a demonstrated, legal, legitimate claim against others’ interference in the possession, use, transfer, consumption, or abuse of a person, place, or thing (asset)..

    An interest refers to the criteria (measurement) for the determination by a decider (judge) necessary to determine who has the right of full or partial control over an asset.

    Demonstrated Interests (List) => the Interests man demonstrates (categories) he wishes to obtain exclusive (monopoly) or partial (shared) control over.

    Demonstrated Cost: cost born to obtain control regardless of imposed externalities.

    Demonstrated Interest (singular), or just Interest > cost born to obtain control without imposed externalities.

    Cost = Fact
    Control = Fact
    Interest = Legitimate, Insured

    Stuff man wishes to acquire => Potential Interests
    Amoral: Interest => Demonstrated Interest
    Ethical – Moral: => Demonstrated Interest
    Unethical – Immoral: => Demonstrated cost, Undemonstrated Interst, Illegitimate interest, Non Existent Interest, criminal, unethical, or immoral interest.

  • DEFINITIONS: – Interest, Demonstrated Interest – Agency, Autonomy, Sovereignty –

    DEFINITIONS:
    – Interest, Demonstrated Interest
    – Agency, Autonomy, Sovereignty
    – Self-Determination by Self-Determined Means.

    Interest: Expenditure or forgone opportunity, to demonstrate bearing of costs (investment) in obtaining full exclusive or shared partial control over a person, place, or thing.

    Demonstrated interests: Siezure of an opportunity to obtain an expectation of a monopoly of full exclusive or shared partial control over an interest, by bearing the cost of acting or not acting to demonstrate that interest(cost-return) without having violated a previously seized opportunity to obtain full exclusive or partial shared control over an interest by others in the same polity with whom we share the same agreement for sovereignty.

    Agency (re: self): Ability to use mind, body, actions, knowledge, Skills, Information, and Resources to act in fulfillment of wants and needs.

    Autonomy (re: others): Monopoly of control over mind, body, and actions, by the non-interference of others in doing so.

    Sovereignty (re: Institutions of Insurance):
    Institutional organization of reciprocal insurance by force of arms of one’s autonomy in the exercise of control of one’s demonstrated interests within the limits of one’s agency, without violating the demonstrated interests of others.

    Self-Determination by Self-Determined Means
    “Self-determination by self-determined means” requires complete autonomy in both the goals one sets and the methods one uses to achieve those goals.
    The requirements for this condition include agency (rational decision-making), demonstrated interests (access to resources), autonomy (freedom of interference by others, a set of rules an processes for judgment ( ethical considerations), and institutions of Reciprocal Insurance (a supportive legal and social framework, the absence of oppression).

    You’re the disenfranchised. Complaining about the world as it is. You’re losing so hard you’re rebelling. So how well is your confidence in you demonstrated lack of competency serving you? πŸ˜‰

    I know you are offended by the open discussion of your low status an powerlessness, and your animal instincts drive you to attempt altruistic punishment. But you are as powerless in that attempt as you are in the rest of life.

    You don’t matter. And your existence has no other value to me than serving as an example to others of how ungrateful are the peasants, and how we must love you like the children you are, despite your failures, and to do our best to create a world where you have the nost potential while limiting the harms you can produce.

    GPT4 SUMMARIZES ETHICS

    –“Absolutely, I can summarize our conversation as follows:

    Demonstrated Interests: We started by discussing the concept of demonstrated interests, which are the spectrum of things that individuals show they value through their actions. These interests can be categorized into existential (natural), obtained, and common interests. Each category includes a range of specific interests, from self-preservation and kinship to reputation and sustainable patterns of cooperation.

    Acquisitionism: We then discussed acquisitionism, the idea that all human behavior can be reduced to the acquisition, preservation, transformation, consumption, or trade of these demonstrated interests. This concept provides a unified model for understanding human behavior.

    Harm: We defined harm as an imposition of costs upon the demonstrated interests of others, either directly or indirectly through externalities. This concept helps us understand conflicts and disputes.

    Reciprocity: We defined reciprocity as the ethical and moral transfer of demonstrated interests that are free of the involuntary imposition of costs (harms) on the demonstrated interests of others. This concept is key to understanding cooperative behavior and social norms.

    Truth: We discussed the concept of truth as a performative action, which can be testified to across several dimensions, including realism, internal consistency, external correspondence, and full accounting.

    Influence to Coercion: We discussed the three means of influence to coercion: social (moral, normative, religious), material cooperation (economic, contractual), and force (defense, state, war). These concepts help us understand the different ways in which individuals and groups can exert power and influence over others.

    Institutional Development: We discussed the sequence of institutional development in different civilizations, and how the first institution a civilization develops can significantly influence its laws and norms. This concept helps us understand cultural and societal differences.

    Cultural Differences: We applied these concepts to understand cultural differences, such as different attitudes towards truth and face, different marriage traditions, and different laws and norms around controversial issues like abortion.

    As for novel ideas, the concept of acquisitionism as a unifying model for understanding all human behavior is quite interesting. This model provides a comprehensive framework for analyzing a wide range of human actions and decisions. The idea of demonstrated interests also provides a useful way of categorizing the things that individuals value and strive for. The application of these concepts to understand cultural differences and societal norms is also a novel approach that offers valuable insights.”–
