    Once you look at his notes, and understand Keynes converted Marx’s ‘dialectic’ (sophism) into Keynesian ‘innumeracy’ (ludic fallacy), you suspect his malincentives.

    But once you learn Rule of Law(Classical) vs Arbitrary Rule (Keynes), you realize that pseudoscience (Marx) and innumeracy (Keynes) are the only two methods by which to distract you from the underlying conflict: Rule of Law and Arbitrary Rule. Just as the marxists and the postmoderns have distracted us with Capitalism (Rule of Law) versus Socialism (Arbitrary Rule). The success of the Keynesian method is predicated on dialectic (loading, framing, and obscuring) rather than measurement.

    Why? What capital (that which we forgo opportunities or expend the results of opportunities to) invest in. So what Keynesianism achieves by innumeracy (fraud) is what Marx achieves by dialectic (sophism): the intentional distraction from the measurement of changes in capital to the measurement of the results of the consumption of it: including genetic, normative, traditional, knowledge, and institutional capital. And why did we (Hayek and others) fail?

    Because under democracy one cannot stop the mob from raiding the accumulated capital of millennia, nor the pseudo-intellectual class, and the political class from profiting from the sale.

    The Chicago school attempted to preserve rule of law and markets but the left has been too successful, the economists too well rewarded, and the financial industry, academy, and the state too well rewarded for doing so.

    Hence why Athens spent all the silver from the mine they discovered; and why Spain spent all the gold it took from the new world in failed wars against the Netherlands; and why Americans spent all the income from conquest of a continent and selling it off to genetic middle classes from Europe. … Until they ran out of middle classes.

    I specialize in Testimony (particularly scientific testimony), and so I’m sensitive to misrepresentation by term inflation (Loading and Framing).

    Misrepresentation: 1-Forgery(crime), 2-Counterfeit(Crime), 3-Fraud(crime), 4-Hoax(Attention Seeking or Practical Joke), 5-Fictionalism(pseudoscience, pseudorationalism, supernatural) 6-Propaganda(Loading, Framing, Obscuring), 7-Fiction(Entertaining Inflation or ‘Gossip’)

    – A Forgery must misrepresent authorship of for the purpose of profiting from the premium in an exchange due to that authorship.

    – A Counterfeit must misrepresent it’s identity (trademark, weight and measure) for the purpose of obtaining a premium on its exchange.

    – A Fraud must misrepresent information by word, act or implication for the purpose of profiting from an exchange.

    – A Hoax must create physical misrepresentation by suggestion for the purpose of gathering attention (marketing), providing entertainment, or humor (practical joke).

    – A Fictionalism must make use of pseudoscience (failure of due diligence) or magic, idealism or sophistry, and/or the supernatural or occult.

    – Propaganda must provide information of a biased or misleading nature, to promote or publicize a political objective.

    – A Deceit (“deceit or gossip”) must used to load, frame, suggest, or obscure causality for the purpose of avoiding or creating harm.

    – A Fiction must only entertain by coloring the information without necessarily engaging in deception.

    For example:

    – Michelangelo began his sculpting career by misrepresenting his early marble sculpture, Sleeping Eros as a Roman original so he could sell it at a premium – first by burying it and then digging up and ‘discovering’ – That was a Forgery.

    – Alves Dos Reis forged a contract from the Banco de Portugal so that he could acquire banknotes from official printers – meaning his notes were identical to the state’s. That was a Forgery followed by Counterfeiting.

    – Feed the Children and Bernie Madoff. People donated money to this religious organization with the intention of helping starving children, but it was privatized. People gave money to Bernie Madoff to invest but he create created the biggest pyramid scheme in history. These are famous frauds but not counterfeiting, or Forgery or Hoaxes.

    – The Voynich Manuscript was produced (as far as we know) as a Hoax or a Fraud – but not propaganda or fiction.

    – The Protocols of Zion are clearly a Hoax, and clearly Propaganda – and the most currently famous.

    – The vast body of mathematics is constructed upon mathematical idealism (platonism) in which some mathematical reality exists. This is a bad habit held over from antiquity, whereas all of mathematics (measurement by positional names) consists of correspondence and a small number of rudimentary operations. That a Fictionalism.

    – The founding books of the three abrahamic religions are both propaganda and fictions – and the most universal.

    – History and Record: out of necessity, histories and records are constructed by framing the complex so that it is comprehensible.

    I’m not sure it’s true to claim that the document is a forgery (copy), since it reproduces nothing, and seeks no profit from false attribution. It is a fiction, propaganda, or hoax.

    For example,

    – Crichton’s Eaters of the Dead is a fictional account attributed to Ibn Fadlan. It is a fiction, but not propaganda.

    – The Voynich Manuscript is a Hoax, but it is not propaganda.

    The Protocols is’s clearly a Hoax, and clearly Propaganda.

    As far as I know ‘inflationary language’ (misrepresenting it as a crime of forgery or fraud) is a form of deception just as pseudoscientific claims, and pseudo-rational (sophistry) are a deception.

We have consistently found that our presumptions of causality are counter to anthropological and anthropomorphic intuitions. (c) natural law (reciprocity) is an evolutionary necessity for any species that evolves the capacity for sympathetic, voluntary, cooperation. All other strategies are contrary to survival. (d) evidence is that all groups rely on reciprocity for the simple reason that it is universally decidable in matters of cooperation and conflict. (e) ethnocentrism is the optimum group evolutionary strategy given all other known and hypothesized strategies. (f) markets are the optimum group evolutionary strategy given all other known and hypothesized strategies. (g) markets accelerate with the continuous expansion of the suppression of parasitism under the the natural law of reciprocity. As far as I know these are logical necessiteis that have been demonstrated empirically (evidentially) in competition against alternatives.
