    (Fake News)
–“Supreme Court blocks restrictions on Biden administration efforts to remove contentious social media posts”–

Instead, the supreme court wants (a) to handle this matter itself and urgently, (b) because the lower court ruling is ‘overbroad’ (c) and because it has extraordinary impact (d) and because if it is of present import to the people.

Alito was interesting in that he dissented, and wanted the ruling to stand. He gets it right once in a while. ๐Ÿ˜‰

The conservative block didn’t for one reason, which is the reason they always fall back on: they are trying to end legislation from the bench, bypassing the people and the legislature, thereby depriving the people of sovereignty:

“This is a matter for the the people, via the legislature, and only after the legislature the court.”

The court’s job is to clarify law, produce settled law, not make law, and the public perception that the court is making law is only due to the court prohibiting laws that interfere with the bill of rights (natural rights albeit poorly stated and incomplete).

    Cheers

    (Twitter Censorship)
Recieved my first ‘visibility limited’ notice from Twitter today for something that I do not think was ‘hate’ and I did not mean it to be, but just an explanation of the current conflict. Though I suspect it was insulting because it was true.

I don’t have a problem with this policy of either taking posts down or limiting their range. It’s fine. In a complex world that’s about the best we can do.

Because my perception of what is true and useful that may lead to reconciliation, may easily be someone else’s sacred cow.

  • THE GOODS AND BADS OF JEWISH CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE SCIENCES AND PSEUDOSCIENCES Wh

THE GOODS AND BADS OF JEWISH CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE SCIENCES AND PSEUDOSCIENCES
While Pinker was instrumental it’s not true that Jews were in particular. The Jews also put forward blank slate-ism though indirectly. It’s central to the marxist sequence as it was to the abrahamic sequence before. Worse, because of it, Jews dominate the pseudosciences including boaz in anthropology, freud in psychology, marx in everything including econ, gould in evolutionary biology, lewontin in genetics, cantor, bohr, (even some of einstein) in math, the entire postmodern and frankfurt movements, libertarianism, anti-male feminism, zinn and harari, in history, rez, kelsen, dworkin, hart are especially frustrating in destroying western legal traditions. And today, we’re stuck with the NYT giving moutpieces to DeLong, Stigler, and Krugman (who is the most anti-white person in academia).

So Jewish contribution to ‘science’ has been ok in physics and chemistry and medicine, but jewish intellectuals have done extraordinary damage to the behavioral, sociological, political, economic, and evolutionary sciences.

This is a habit by the way. Jews act like tehir history didn’t exist from 100AD thu 1500AD. And a cursory analysis of why they ‘forget it’ is because their persecutions were earned every single time.

I’ve had to work on the feminine > semitic > jewish > abrahamic > marxist sequence of expressions of feminine antisocial and parasitic behavior, and I don’t really like what I”ve found. But there is plenty of blame on the feminine side just as on the masculine of violence and war.

And it’s time to update our law, as we did with our commonlaw, to equally suppress the feminine means of antisocial, anti-economic, anti-political behavior as thorougly as we have the male. The difference is that the feminine mind is less self regulatory and consious and far more implusive in these matters, so it’s going to be harder than outlawing the incremental discovery of male means of irreciprocity (crime).

    HISTORY
The Blank Slate theory, also known as “tabula rasa,” has a rich history rooted in philosophy, psychology, and more recently, neuroscience and genetics.

    Ancient and Classical Periods:
Aristotle: While not fully endorsing a blank slate theory, Aristotle’s work laid some early groundwork by suggesting that the mind is unscribed at birth.
(CD this is not the same as tabula rasa, he was saying only that we learned, not that we were equal. If you read his writings he was anything but an equalitarian.)

    It’s an Abrahamic Mythos

    Medieval and Renaissance:
Avicenna (Ibn Sina): An Islamic philosopher who maintained that the human intellect at birth is a tabula rasa, allowing humans to obtain knowledge through empirical means.

Thomas Aquinas: Merged Aristotle’s ideas with Christian doctrine but still maintained aspects that alluded to a blank slate.

    Enlightenment:
John Locke: Widely considered the key figure who popularized the term “tabula rasa.” Argued that humans are born without innate ideas and that knowledge comes solely from experience and perception.

    19th Century:
John Stuart Mill: Extended Locke’s ideas and strongly advocated for empiricism, stating that human character is entirely a product of upbringing.

    Early 20th Century:
Behaviorists (John B. Watson, B.F. Skinner): In psychology, behaviorists argued that all behavior is a result of conditioning and that the human mind starts as a blank slate.

    Mid to Late 20th Century:
Noam Chomsky: Criticized behaviorism, suggesting that the capacity for language is innate, a direct challenge to the blank slate theory.

Sociobiology (E.O. Wilson): Introduced ideas that both genetic and environmental factors play a role in human behavior, challenging the idea of a blank slate.

Human Genome Project: The mapping of the human genome raised questions about the role of genetics in human behavior, intelligence, and disposition.

    21st Century:
Steven Pinker: Published “The Blank Slate,” arguing strongly against the concept and suggesting that it is contrary to findings in genetics and neuroscience.

Evolving Neuroscience: Continued research into the brain and genetics adds complexity to the idea, suggesting an interaction between innate traits and environmental conditions.
