This menu is for reporting people who post inappropriate things. it’s largely to protect facebook from lawsuits.
They don’t allow porn. they don’t allow nudity in public groups. they do allow eroitic images in closed groups.
The reason they don’t allow porn is that they can’t be sure its free of minors. That’s the real reason. The other is that streaming porn is expensive for servers.
The other is that it attracts the online sex services business (prostitution).

This is the first time I’ve seen you explain why you use the term “lie” the way you do.
I’m glad I randomly scroll through comment sections like this looking for gold.
I’m thinking another couple paragraphs, and this is a post that resolves some angst with IQs all the way down to 95.
The rest of this discussion on the relationship between truth, meaning, and lying is more important for a lot of us though because it seems to cause a lot of confusion—more so the truth and meaning thing.

Those polities are superior because they are less dependent upon falsehoods to govern. So the direction of the Stoic Restoration has more than trivial importance to me, and to them.

My followers are unlikely to need training in stoicism in large part because they already practice the habits under indirect guise. Their interest and mine is political, economic, and evolutionary. The cognitive discipline (habits) Stoicism provides, produces superior polities.
