    Given;
    Ternary Logic of Cooperation:
    … -Force/+Defense,
    … -Boycott/+Cooperation,
    … -Ostracization/+Seduction)
    And;
    Returns On Cooperation
    … Therefore:
    … Cooperation
    … … Sovereignty > Demonstrated Interests
    … … … Reciprocity > Display word and deed
    … … … … Truthfulness > Dimensions of Testifiability
    … … … … … Decidability > Demand infallibility in context

    Reciprocity is the test of morality (amoral, ethical, moral, virtuous vs, immoral, unethical, criminal, evil)

    Testifiability includes the test of reciprocity.

    Reciprocity includes the test of testifiability.

    So reciprocity creates the decidability of morality in display word and deed.

    We’ve demonstrated the value of 360s in my companies repeatedly – it works if you are very specific that it must be voluntary, constructive, curated, and ongoing instead of on a schedule. We’ve also demonstrated that you can remove most “useless” middle management if you distribute the work to a small number of people in each group. And this has the benefit of teaching everyone how to do the next job in their development.

    A nit to help your precision a bit:
    1) A paradigm (framework) organizes knowledge.
    2) Moral norms, traditions, and values provide weights and measures within a paradigm.
    3) Some paradigms diverge from and some converge on natural law (optimums).
    4) As such some moral norms, traditions, and values diverge from or converge on natural law (optimums).
    5) The rate of trust reflects the rate of cooperation reflects the rate of innovation, which reflects the discovery, innovation, adaptation, and evolution toward the laws of nature, which reflects the convergence or divergence from the optimum norms traditions and values from the natural law.
    6) Ergo some cultures rely on norms traditions, values, informal and formal institutions that are devolutionary, some that are stagnating, some less evolutionary and some that are more evolutionary.
    7) As such norms traditions and values are NOT relative or arbitrary – but merely diverge from the optimum natural law by either less or more.
