    @hasan93r I don’t know what monarchy means to you, but in the Hoppeian sense, it means a family with intergenerational interests that prohibit consuming commons. Judges sometimes fail, just as governments fail, just as private markets fail – and the failure is due to the means of deciding.

    @hasan93r Under P, rule of law of reciprocity (via-negativa tort), all that is possible are markets. The ruling class is the law, the judges that resolve disputes, the via-positiva the markets for commons (government) and private (goods, svc). Prevents all falsehood and parasitism.

    Fool us once shame on you. Fool us twice shame on us.

    It’s time to raise the jolly roger and slit throats, fill hanging trees, burn heretics, raise crucifixes, plant impalement fields, and build skull pyramids, and return these barbarians to the soil, where as fertilizer they can finally do good service.
