So, I spent last night working on the Australian Constitution. Which is extremely well written (late mover advantage). It has one extremely important retention (queen) that america needs to restore. But it doesn’t mention law at all. So it’s even more regressive than the Brits.

The reason europe is poorer is napoleonic law. The reason britan more vulnerable to socialism because it was only traditional not written. THe reason for american resistance is because it is written down. The solution is to finish writing it down (i have). Once written down it converts from law to religion to habituation to intuition and then becomes again the norm that it was for 6000 years.
