Our traditional law limited us to ethical competition in markets and ethical competition in court, or ethical competition in duel. We were forbidden unethical competition: defamation, dishonest speech, disinformation,
It’s possible to restore it because of P-law

6. My point? All militia orders whether raiding steppe herders, conquering IE Europeans (Aryans) mixing farming and herding, greeks, romans, or continental germanics and vikings, pirates, and the British and American conquerors, practiced the same law of TORT b/c it’s NECESSARY.

5. The difference in capital punishment is explained by the idea that “glaring iniquities” must be exposed in plain sight, while “cowardice, effeminacy, and pollution” should best be buried and concealed. (Note the disgust response.)

4. It was a death penalty in practice, but not one by direct action. The death penalty by direct action was reserved for two kinds of capital offenses: military treason or desertion was punished by hanging, and rape by strangling and burial in a bog. Bog Bodies=Rapists/Adulterers

3. The most extreme punishment for crimes considered irredeemable was outlawry: the declaration of the guilty party as beyond the protection of the law. (Worse than ostracization, it mean loss of reciprocal defense under the common law: open season on you, family, property.)

2. Any injury must be compensated according to the damage done, regardless of motive or intent. (ie: Law = Tort = Natural Law) Lighter offenses required damages, paid in part to the victim and in part to the king.

Dan: Because they live in a world of high conflict and they don’t want to exacerbate conflict, because they hope to reduce conflict, but by avoiding conflict they only serve to increase conflict.

That’s false. States can conduct local election affairs without imposing costs upon others, but they cannot conduct federal election affairs without imposing costs upon others. The court’s necessary function is a via-negativa market for resolution of disputes between states.

The Robot dog movies this year have made a better case than the bugs did in Starship Troopers: we are gonna need more firepower for the robot age. This bullpup can fire armor-piercing incendiary ammo from a standing, and even a one-handed position. For sci-fi fans, other than the trusty RPG7 (the best anti-alien weapon of all), this is the only way to be sure. 😉
.50 BMG Armor Piercing Incendiary Rounds ~$3.00 Each.

Product Info & Specs The GM6 ‘Lynx’ is a semi-automatic anti-material rifle. The rifle was designed to be compact, lightweight, accurate, low-recoil, portable and easily deployable for immediate use. Most rifles chambered in .50 BMG are heavy, long, bulky, heavily recoiling and are of a slowly operated bolt action. Many not even magazine fed. Due to the bullpup configuration, most of the weight is re-distributed to the rear of the rifle allowing for the possibility of off hand firing. This is near impossible with most other .50 BMG rifles. Thanks to the unique barrel recoil technology, the rifle’s recoil is less than the other rifles in the same category. This design also allows the rifle to be transported at a length of only 915mm/36.5″. It weighs just 25lbs, with a slight rear bias weight distribution. Assembled with match grade barrels, capable of sub-MOA accuracy with match grade ammunition. Comes with spare magazine, pair of 34mm 50 BMG scope rings, spare barrel spring, bi-pod, cleaning kit, Pelican 1750 hard case and manual. Features: • Durable mil-spec design and construction • Unique barrel recoil technology dissipates most recoil energy • Semi automatic design • Magazine fed for ease of reloading • Bullpup design for compact size and optimum weight distribution • Sub-MOA with match grade ammunition • Barrel capable of retracting for transportation at an overall length of just 36.5″ • Lightweight, just 25 lbs Specifications:
