  • The Iron Law of Oligarchy (rule)

The iron law of oligarchy is a political theory, first developed by the German sociologist Robert Michels in his 1911 book, Political Parties. It claims that rule by an elite, or oligarchy, is inevitable as an “iron law” within any democratic organization as part of the “tactical and technical necessities” of organization. Michels stated that the official goal of representative democracy of eliminating elite rule was impossible, that representative democracy is a faΓ§ade legitimizing the rule of a particular elite, and that elite rule, which he refers to as oligarchy, is inevitable. Michels’ theory states that all complex organizations, regardless of how democratic they are when started, eventually develop into oligarchies. Michels observed that since no sufficiently large and complex organization can function purely as a direct democracy, power within an organization will always get delegated to individuals within that group, elected or otherwise. Michels addressed the application of this law to representative democracy, and stated: “Who says organization, says oligarchy.” He went on to state that “Historical evolution mocks all the prophylactic measures that have been adopted for the prevention of oligarchy.” According to Michels all organizations eventually come to be run by a “leadership class”, who often function as paid administrators, executives, spokespersons or political strategists for the organization. Far from being “servants of the masses”, Michels argues this “leadership class,” rather than the organization’s membership, will inevitably grow to dominate the organization’s power structures. By controlling who has access to information, those in power can centralize their power successfully, often with little accountability, due to the apathy, indifference and non-participation most rank-and-file members have in relation to their organization’s decision-making processes. Michels argues that democratic attempts to hold leadership positions accountable are prone to fail, since with power comes the ability to reward loyalty, the ability to control information about the organization, and the ability to control what procedures the organization follows when making decisions. All of these mechanisms can be used to strongly influence the outcome of any decisions made ‘democratically’ by members.

  • What Happens when The Parasites Are Removed?

by Luke Weinhagen What happens to the fertility rate of the producers when the cost of the parasites is reduced and the traitors are removed. The big threat is internal. It is comprised of the parasites leaching the value from the producers and the traitors opening the gates from within. Some might see the vectors of populations in the chart above as a catastrophe. Pause that alarm for a moment and look deeper. It may instead be a badly needed, healthy and natural purge. If the data below is even close to accurate, rate of change depicted in the chart above may be reason to celebrate – Fertility Rate for Political Orientation (whites) ================================= Extremely liberal (2.5%) — 1.61 Liberal (12.7%) — 1.72 Slightly liberal (11.3%) — 1.58 Moderate (39.9%) — 2.14 Slightly conservative (15.6%) — 2.03 Conservative (14.3%) — 2.34 Extremely conservative (3.7%) — 2.62 Imagine what happens to the fertility rate of the producers when the cost of the parasites is reduced and the traitors are removed. (CURT: Depends upon the moderates.About 1/3 is conservative. If given the choice the moderates – a bit more than a third maybe – we might get a good polity. It’s by dumping the left we get all the gains. And look at a future where the underclass AND some of the working class are unemployable….)

    A COMPARISON OF THREATS

    by Steve Pender

What percentage of privately owned semiautomatic rifles in the US have been used in mass shootings? What percent of immigrant or first generation Muslims in the US have been involved in terrorism? What percent of unmarried fatherless black adult men in the US have been involved in violent crime?

Only rifles are targeted despite there being higher threats. Why? Because fatherless blacks and Muslims can’t hit a treasonous politician from a few hundred yards.

I don’t have antipathy toward interest. I have an antipathy toward rents. And if we are borrowing from the treasury and paying interest that’s just rents.

Banks, in the era of fiat money function only as insurers of borrowing from the treasury, with interest as fee for insuring one another’s borrowings from the treasury.

But since in practice there is nearly zero risk and liability, that interest is not earned. Ergo if we are converting capital from future to present there is no CHOICE of investment wherein the private holder of an asset is paying an opportunity cost.
