It has taken most of my life. From the age of twelve. I had no other goal. Everything else was just means of furthering that promise – that end. I went on and off the path. But after my illnesses I felt I had no more time to dally. I had meagre ambitions. Eventually I saw the possibility. But it has only been in the past six months that i have begun to understand the history of our people, and of mankind, as a god’s research program, where almost all of the experiments failed. But just as I did not devote myself fully until pressured by possibility of fatal illness, we do not devote ourselves until pressured by the possibility of fatality of our civilization. But once threatened we concentrate our efforts, and with full thought, effort, and fury, pour ourselves into them, and in doing so take one step closer to sitting at the table with the gods we desire to be.

THE ONLY NECESSARY RESPONSE TO ALL NON-ARGUMENT BY EMOTION

Being offended isn’t an argument. It is a confession that you resort to animal instinct instead of human reason; or that you incapable of thinking; or that you do not know how to think; that you do not choose to think; or that you seek to resort to self deception by avoiding thinking; or that you actively seek to deceive others by disapproval, shaming and rallying. So are you animal, stupid, ignorant, incompetent, lazy, dishonest, or a liar?

    ( Molyneux needed a little Propertarian expansion. 😉 )

  • All human action is an attempt to satisfy a human desire. Creating and consuming

All human action is an attempt to satisfy a human desire.

Creating and consuming art fulfills a desire.

    What desire is being fulfilled?

In a population what demand is being satisfied?

The subjective value of an operation is created by achieving a result, not in the operation itself. The value to OTHERS in articulating operations, is that they as ‘names’ or ‘referents’ they are insulated from bias and suggestion – especially when compared to INTENTIONAL or EXPERIENTIAL descriptions.

So the value of operations in themselves is contained in the achievement of an end by the actor.

The value of speaking in a sequence of operations is contained in the improvement of truth content, over intentional and experiential descriptions. The value is that by eliminating intent and experience and error, bias, suggestion, and deceit, we purify the information transferred in the process we call ‘the communication of meaning’.

The masses only praise you for distracting them from their own moral cowardice and conformity. Those who provoke discomfort create change.

A father needs to be for certain the one man a daughter can trust. I think this is the line of teaching that MEN need to be taught. From teaching that one lesson, the rest follows for both genders.

    MICHAELANGELO ON GENIUS

—“If you knew how much work went into it, you wouldn’t call it genius. ”— Michelangelo Buonarroti

—“If people knew how hard I worked to get my mastery, it wouldn’t seem so wonderful at all.”— Michelangelo Buonarroti

    CENTURIES LATER:

—“Genius is one percent inspiration and ninety-nine percent perspiration.”— Thomas A. Edison

    IT’S NOT COMPLICATED.
