    I use a consistent strategy to prevent accusations of bias or agenda in matters of sex differences.

    1) Evolution out of necessity favored compatibility not equality. In fact, it’s counter intuitive, but the greater divergence in cognitive bias between the sexes the greater the opportunity field of discovery of advantage AND compromise for reciprocal benefit. This law is universal at all scales of life, but is much more advantageious among sentient, aware, and conscious creatures.

    2) Whenever possible, when discussing the behaviors of either sex bias, (a) use first principles construction, and (b) state both the construction of the female bias and the male bias. (use my columnar chart for help).

    3) Explain why this division of the labor of sense, perception (disambiguation), world modeling (synthesis), auto association, prediction, valuation, attention, and choice, into time and reproductive resopnsibility for which kinds of capital mitigating which kind of risk, are an evolutionary necessity and if functioning, an advantage.

    WHY OUR WORK IS NECESSARY
    People outside of our organization and it’s followers (students) are not able to make use of this technique because they lack the scientific knowledge of the many disciplines necessary to produce it and reduce it to both first priciples, and a system of measurement, that provides universal commensurability across all sciences (well, accross all the grammars – which means across all human knoweldge and experience.)

    AFAIK, the sex differences in intelligence are expressed just as are class differences in intelligence but amplified by the wide-field, in time, verbal, pictoral, empathizing female, vs the narrow-field (compartmental), over time, model, transformational, systematizing male – meaning that only the smart fraction hierarchy makes any difference to the polity. Meaning that the catgory of questions and problems that can be solved by each sex diffrence in cognitive structure of the brain optimizes for different questions. The result is that no only are there four-to-one males at the margin (145), and moreover 8 to one among autistics who appear to dominate theortical inovation. But even at that margin, despite eighty years of trying, while there are women capable of inovation in empirical explanation (including one of my heroes Elinor Ostrom), there are no women demonstragly capable of theoretical innovation – even though we are skipping over opportunities for men whith greater potential to give women the opportunities. In other words Larry Sommers was correct. This is why men dominate the margins of everything – always have and it appears always will.
    At present we have inequality in the workplace due to female superiority at verbal (what we call computation), labor. And due to social group adapability of women. And we have inequality in the workplace due to technical ability, and physical strength, and risk tolerance. But given female instinct and intuition, they are somehow surprised that excellence in multiplier-producing innovation, organizational management, capital management, prediction of systems including organizations and markets over time, omnifocus on them, and not only risk tolerance but risk seeking for competitive advantage – and the most subtle feature of sex differences is in female devotion in time vs male loyalty over time leading to all observed differences in female intolerance for bearing costs of the commons vs male bonding through tolrance for bearing costs of the commons – which is necessary for executive (and military) competitive achievement.

    I could write about this subject all day, but it’s quite simple. We are compatible because evolution evolved genetic, instinctual, motivational, intuitional, (emotional), and cognitive biases, that allowed us to divide the labor of a small number of relationships and a large number of tasks in time, specializing in consumption in time versus a large number of relationships, and a narrower number of goals, specializing in capitalization over time.

    Why? Feminine in time vs Masculine over time.
    Masculine minds will be better at everything at scale. But the feminine ability to intuitively manage many relationships and states of mind (children especially but other women as well is an equal advantage in the IN TIME domain.).

In general women do not mature until they have at least one but usually at least three to four children – which is rather obvious in voting patterns and linguistic analysis.

    Toxic femininity consists of:
    (a) hyperconsumption of everything from attention to goods and services to accumulated capital
    (b) responsibility evasion particularly for common capital
    (d) various forms of manipulation and deceit too long to list to obtain consumption, assets, or avoid responsibility.
    (c) various forms of seduction into hazards to obtain assets or evade responsibility
    (e) social constsruction of and by magical thinking to advance all the the above. (confusing wants with
    (f) Hiding behind false claims of oppression and victimhood by claiming demands for responsibility, accountability, and self regulation of impulses are offenses rather than domestication of animal impulse – thus again, evading responsibility for the commons.

    Correction (Cures)
    Can you regulate human nature? Of course. We can prohibit some of it and direct most of it. (for example, heroism instead of selfishness).

    As for policies, well, outlawing the spectrum of female social crimes is pretty easy and by doing that we create the only means of regulating women – social pressure. Women are incapable of self regulation without external social constraint. They have to feel it and to feel it it has to be empathizable. The law is the most effective vehicle for outlawing antisocial behavior and causing adaptation to the prohibition of that behavior, by social pressure – largely from other women.

    Most of my work, from female brain organization, to feminine behavior, to the abrahamic sequence, to the marxist sequence consist of simply restoring the equilibrium of suppression of criminal (antisocial) between the sexes because of sex differences in antisociality and criminality, and the kinds of crimes made possible by industry technology mass media, and democracy.
